• UM Surakarta

A. PENGAJUAN PROPOSAL TESIS 

• Pada akhir semester kedua, mahasiswa dapat mengajukan draf proposal kepada pengelola sebagai syarat untuk mengikuti Workshop Strategi Penyusunan Tesis. Adapun persyaratan draf proposal tesis yang diajukan minimal menggunakan referensi 20 jurnal internasional dan 5 jurnal ilmiah terkini. Format Proposal mengikuti Pedoman Penulisan Tesis.
• Pengelola menilai draf proposal yang diajukan mahasiswa dan memutuskan untuk menerima atau menolak draf proposal tersebut.
• Mahasiswa mengikuti Workshop sesuai desain yang ditentukan oleh pengelola hingga Proposal siap diajukan ke pembimbing.
• Setelah Proposal sudah direvisi sesuai masukan saat Workshop, mahasiswa melakukan pendaftaran tesis melalui star.ums.ac.id. Adapun berkas-berkas yang perlu disiapkan sebagai berikut : 1) Form Usulan Judul dan Pembimbing (Form Terlampir) 2) Research Intent Form (Form Terlampir)
• Pengelola merekomendasikan pembimbing berdasarkan kompetensi akademik pembimbing, dan jumlah mahasiswa yang dibimbing.
• Usulan yang diajukan melalui mahasiwa akan diproses melalui 2 tahapan; (1) Validasi Pembimbing oleh Kaprodi (2) Penerbitan Nomor Surat Penugasan Pembimbing oleh Tata Usaha Direktorat Pascasarjana UMS

B. SEMINAR PROPOSAL TESIS 

Alur pendaftaran Seminar proposal :

• Pembimbing memberikan ACC Seminar Proposal mahasiswa melalui  Fo rm Nota Pembimbing
• Mahasiswa mengirimkan berkas syarat seminar proposal tingkat prodi a. Form Nota Pembimbing yang telah ditandatangani oleh Pembimbing b. Bukti kehadiran sebagai peserta seminar proposal minimal 10 kali. c. Sertifikat Tes TOEP yang disahkan LBIPU UMS dengan skor minimal 450 d. Sertifikat Matrikulasi (Mahasiswa S1 Non Psikologi) d. Form Persetujuan Kaprodi yang telah diisi oleh mahasiswa
• Kaprodi memvalidasi berkas syarat Seminar Proposal dengan bukti menandatangani Form Kaprodi. Pengelola menghubungi Dosen Pembimbing dan Dosen Reviewer untuk menentukan Jadwal Seminar.
• Pengelola  menginformasikan jadwal yang telah ditentukan kepada TU Sekolah Pascasarjana.
• Mahasiswa mengirimkan berkas Proposal ke TU Sekolah Pascasarjana : a. Proposal Tesis (2 Eksemplar) b. Form Nota Pembimbing c. Form Persetujuan Kaprodi
• TU Sekolah Pascasarjana UMS memvalidasi berkas Seminar dan mengirimkan dokumen seminar kepada mahasiswa, Dosen Pembimbing dan Dosen Reviewer.
• Pelaksanaan Seminar Proposal
• Mahasiswa mendapatkan catatan revisi dari Dosen Reviewer dan Dosen Pembimbing.
• Mahasiswa melakukan revisi proposal dan persiapan pengambilan data

C. SEMINAR HASIL 

Alur Pendaftaran Seminar Hasil :

• Pembimbing memberikan ACC Seminar Hasil mahasiswa melalui  Fo rm Nota Pembimbing
• Mahasiswa mengirimkan berkas syarat seminar proposal tingkat prodi a. Form Nota Pembimbing yang telah ditandatangani oleh Pembimbing b. Menyiapkan luaran tesis dalam bentuk artikel publikasi sesuai dengan template Jurnal Nasional (minimal sinta 4). Artikel tersebut memiliki tingkat kesamaan (similarity index) turnitin maksimal 20%. Artikel publikasi ini akan dipersiapkan untuk direview saat seminar hasil. c. Menunjukkan keikutsertaan Conference Nasional / Internasional sebagai penulis pertama dan oral presenter dan/atau Accepted/Publish Artikel publikasi dari tugas perkuliahan (non tesis) ke jurnal nasional (minimal sinta 4). d. Form Persetujuan Kaprodi yang telah diisi oleh mahasiswa
• Kaprodi memvalidasi berkas syarat Seminar Hasil dengan bukti menandatangani Form Kaprodi. Pengelola menghubungi Dosen Pembimbing dan Dosen Reviewer untuk menentukan Jadwal Seminar.
• Pengelola menginformasikan jadwal yang telah ditentukan kepada TU Sekolah Pascasarjana.
• Mahasiswa mengirimkan berkas Proposal ke TU Sekolah Pascasarjana : a.  Tesis dan Lampiran (2 Eksemplar) b. Artikel Publikasi (2 Eksemplar) c. Form Nota Pembimbing d. Form Persetujuan Kaprodi
• Pelaksanaan Seminar Hasil
• Mahasiswa melakukan revisi Tesis dan Artikel Publikasi.

D. UJIAN TESIS 

Alur Pendaftaran Ujian Tesis :

• Mahasiswa telah mendapatkan persetujuan Pembimbing dengan bukti tandatangan Pembimbing pada Nota Pembimbing
• File Tesis (Word)
• Artikel Publikasi (Word)
• Naskah Publikasi (Word)
• Data Mentah (Kuantitatif: Excel data kasar spps / Kualitatif: Verbatim)
• Hasil Analisis (Kuantitatif: Output Hasil Olah Data / Kualitatif: Matriks)
• Hasil Validitas (menyesuaikan pendekatan penelitian, kuantitatif atau kualitatif)
• Hasil Reliabilitas (menyesuaikan pendekatan penelitian, kuantitatif atau kualitatif)
• Alat Ukur (temasuk pedoman wawancara/observasi dll yang sesuai
• Ethical Clearance (PDF)
• Informed Consent (PDF)
• Referensi yang digunakan dan disusun sesuai dengan tools manajer sitasi (Mendeley, Zetero atau Endnote)
• Laporan Tesis beserta Lampiran yang sudah disetujui pembimbing (tanpa dijilid) sejumlah 4 eksemplar, masing-masing dimasukkan dalam map mika tebal warna kuning.
• Naskah Publikasi (Format UMS) sejumlah 4 eksemplar (tanpa dijilid).
• Artikel Publikasi (Format jurnal nasional yang dituju) sejumlah 4 eksemplar (tanpa dijilid). Penulisan artikel publikasi mencantumkan nama pembimbing dan reviewer dengan afiliasi Magister Psikologi Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta.
• Hasil Uji Turnintin Tesis dari Perpustakaan Sekolah Pascasarjana (<30%)
• Sertifikat TOEP dengan skor minimal 450 yang diterbitkan oleh LBIPU
• Sertifikat AIK
• Telah mengikuti seminar Interdisciplinary Sharing minimal 5 kali dibuktikan dengan sertifikat sebagai peserta.
• Transkrip akademik yang telah memenuhi persyaratan yaitu telah menyelesaikan seluruh mata kuliah dengan jumlah sks minimal 18 sks, matakuliah pilihan minimal 6 sks, IPK minimal 3.0, nilai BC maksimal 6 sks.4. Layanan ujian Sekolah Pascasarjana UMS melaporkan validasi berkas mahasiswa kepada pengelola prodi untuk dapat dijadwalkan. 5. Pengelola menginformasikan jadwal yang telah ditentukan kepada TU Sekolah Pascasarjana. 6. TU Sekolah Pascasarjana UMS mengirimkan dokumen seminar kepada mahasiswa, Dosen Pembimbing dan Dosen Reviewer. 7. Pelaksanaan Ujian Tesis 8. Mahasiswa yang dinyatakan lulus dan terdapat catatan revisi maka melakukan revisi sesuai saran dan petunjuk tim penguji dalam waktu maksimal 2 bulan dari tanggal ujian yang dilaksanakan. 9. Setelah mahasiswa melakukan revisi dan mendapatkan persetujuan penguji dalam di form yang sudah ditentukan, mahasiswa berhak mengajukan yudisium. 10. Mahasiswa menunjukkan lembar pengesahan tesis yang telah ditandatangani ketua sidang dan penguji kepada petugas administrasi ujian untuk diterbitkan Surat Keterangan Lulus (SKL). 11. Mahasiswa menyelesaikan administrasi tingkat universitas
