Business Proposal – K-Drama Episode 4 Recap & Review
The discovery.
Episode 4 of Business Proposal begins with Ha-ri running into Tae-moo on the elevator. She quickly turns around and puts a bandage over her eye.
At GO Food, Min-woo helps Ha-ri’s team at the company’s tasting event. Tae-moo attends and commends Min-woo for his white kimchi ravioli.
Later, Ha-ri eats with Min-woo at his restaurant. He says he hopes she brought a guy to the MeloMance concert. But when she tells him that’s what she did, he says she’s too naive to get a good read on men. He’d like to meet this guy, but she says she can take care of herself, and that he should focus on his girlfriend.
Tae-moo and Seong-hoon then turn up at Min-woo’s restaurant, which causes Ha-ri to crawl away to hide. When Min-woo calls her, Tae-moo notes that her ringback tune is the MeloMance song that was dedicated to “Geum-hui” at the concert.
Ha-ri escapes with Young-seo and later tells her that Tae-moo isn’t as bad as she thought. Young-seo wonders if there’s more to her feelings than that.
At the restaurant, Tae-moo asks Min-woo how long he and Ha-ri have been friends (seven years), and whether either of them ever developed feelings for the other. Min-woo seems put on the spot by the question.
Tae-moo recalls “Geum-hui” telling him about her crush of seven years. Seong-hoon tells him that some restaurant employees were talking about how Ha-ri had a crush on Min-woo. Tae-moo remarks that Ha-ri and Geum-hui are similar.
At her flat, Young-seo confronts Seong-hoon. She asks, even if they can’t be friends, why they can’t be cordial neighbours. He’s still resistant to speaking with her at all. She later flirts with another neighbour in front of Seong-hoon in order to make him jealous.
Tae-moo and Seong-hoon later have dinner with Chairman Kang. The chairman complains of being lonely. He asks Seong-hoon to move back in, referring to him as his grandson.
The chairman sneaks a peek at Seong-hoon’s calendar, which shows that Tae-moo’s and Geum-hui’s one-year anniversary is on Saturday. Da-goo insists that Tae-moo cancel everything on his schedule to take her on a date.
Ha-ri and other GO Food employees take a trip to Namhae, where they shoot a commercial for the company.
The chairman himself stops by their location. Ha-ri does her best to hide her face and sneaks off to the bathroom to accept a call from Tae-moo.
Tae-moo tells her his grandfather found out about their fake anniversary, so he asks her out. He also remarks that her ringback song is popular. (Despite this, he doesn’t seem to have figured out her identity.)
The chairman later approaches the stall Ha-ri is in. When she comes out and sees him, she goes back in and shuts the door. Fed up with her, he tries to force the door open and ends up falling backwards.
Later, Tae-moo views behind-the-scenes footage of the commercial, which shows Ha-ri without her eye-patch on. He decides to use the footage of Ha-ri for the official commercial.
Chairman Kang has no idea of Geum-hui’s real identity, even remarking that Ha-ri is nowhere near as bright a young woman as “our Geum-hui.” Tae-moo defends Ha-ri to him.
That night, Tae-moo shows up in front of Ha-ri’s house. She goes out to see him comically wearing a bear suit and helmet over her head. She almost blows her cover by making a statement about his grandfather’s fall, but saves herself. He shyly gives her an ointment for her eye.
In her room, Ha-ri reflects that Tae-moo has a sweet side to him. Tae-moo is baffled that he wanted to see her just to check on her injury.
On Saturday, he picks her up for their fake anniversary. His grandfather planned the whole date to copy a scene from his favourite TV show, so Tae-moo takes her shopping.
Ha-ri models several outfits in front of him. He ends up buying her an expensive dress she has trouble fitting into. After shopping, Tae-moo and Ha-ri get dinner together at a private place.
Young-seo meanwhile goes to work out at her flat’s gym, where she runs into both Seong-hoon and her new neighbour. The neighbour helps her work out. Young-seo is frustrated that she’s not interested in him. She instead can’t stop thinking about Seong-hoon, even though he’s been expressing no interest in her. She doesn’t realize that he’s currently watching her with jealousy.
In the gym’s bathroom, Seong-hoon notices that the neighbour can read a clock from the opposite side of the room without his glasses. He’s suddenly extremely suspicious of him.
The neighbour later gives Young-seo one of his designs, a standing lamp. She seems uncomfortable with the gift, but he insists.
At their dinner, Ha-ri’s dress feels uncomfortably tight. When she bends down to pick up her purse, it rips in the back. The chefs come out to congratulate them on their anniversary, so Tae-moo steps behind her, hiding a smile.
When they walk outside, her shoe falls off. He slips it back on, telling her to be careful. Fireworks go off in the sky, over the Han River. Looking at her, Tae-moo remarks the fireworks are “very pretty.”
He brings her home, and she tells him she had fun on their fake anniversary date. He reiterates the sentiment, except with the “fake” descriptor.
On his way home, Tae-moo is smiling about their date. He notices that Ha-ri left her wallet behind in his car. He returns to her place, calling her without an answer. It’s then that Min-woo shows up at the shop.
Tae-moo is confused as Min-woo calls for Ha-ri and she answers. Recognition settles in his eyes as he opens up the wallet to see the ID that “Geum-hui” left behind. It belongs to Ha-ri. The episode ends with him calling Geum-hui on the phone. Ha-ri answers, not realizing that Tae-moo stands just a few metres from her.
The Episode Review
Well, Ha-ri and Tae-moo are obviously crushing on each other at this point, but Tae-moo especially has it bad.
I’m enjoying the progression of their romance, but I don’t love how he has to spell out all of his emotions outright. He has a feeling; he speaks it out loud… to himself. Ahn Hyo-seop already does an admirable job portraying all these emotions on his face. We don’t need all the clarifications!
One thing the show is getting better at is its pacing. It still has its unnecessary moments (essentially any scene between Ha-ri and Young-seo is filler). But overall, the story is moving along at a steady and interesting pace.
I love that Tae-moo has figured out Ha-ri’s secret so early in the series. Ha-ri’s desperate attempts to hide have become a little old already, and this should spice up their dynamic.

Business Proposal season 1, episode 4 recap – the truth comes out
The truth finally comes out, which should hopefully inject some urgency and change the direction of the show going forwards.
This recap of Business Proposal season 1, episode 4, contains spoilers.
When we last left our dopey main characters in Business Proposal , Ha-ri had turned up to work with a black eye in the hopes of continuing to stealthily obscure her identity from Tae-moo . Naturally, this ruse can’t persist forever, and the second week of the show ends with the clock running out on this particular deception. I’d say it’s about time.

It takes a while to get there, though. We have our usual array of close calls and contrivances in the meantime, with some predictable involvement from Min-woo. During a tasting session wherein he presents his dishes, Tae-moo learns that he and Ha-ri are close friends; when Ha-ri later visits Min-woo at his restaurant, he acts a little weird about her taking a date to the concert, despite it being his suggestion. It’s the usual stuff you’d expect. And it’s during these obligatory scenes that Tae-moo starts to put the pieces together – Ha-ri’s conspicuous absences, her ringtone being the song from the concert, Geum-hui having coincidentally loved a friend for seven years, which is how long she and Min-woo have known each other. I mean, he wouldn’t exactly need to be Sherlock Holmes to crack this case.
The tone continues to remain in the realm of slapstick. This is particularly apparent when Ha-ri tries to keep her identity secret from Chairman Kang and ends up causing him to fall and hurt himself. It’s light enough that you can’t be annoyed by it.
Elsewhere, we get more between Young-seo and Sung-hoon, which might be the more compelling relationship, really. It’s still in that weird phase at the moment, with both of them sneaking glimpses at one another and behaving in a deeply weird way whenever they’re in close proximity, yet still trying to insist on complete detachment from one another. It looks very much like we’re building towards Sung-hoon intervening in a neighbor from their apartment block taking an unhealthy fascination in Young-seo, which bodes well.
Oh, and needless to say we continue to see Tae-moo and Geum-hui/Ha-ri bond beyond the terms of their contract, thanks at least in part to being continuously thrust into romantic situations by Chairman Kang, mostly against their will. But they end up enjoying a nice night together, with Tae-moo stepping up to protect Ha-ri’s modesty after a calamity with her dress, and it’s all very sweet – just the right time to drop a big bombshell, right?
This comes about after Tae-moo drops “Geum-hui” home and she leaves her wallet behind – and of course, it contains Ha-ri’s identity cards, just as Tae-moo sees Min-woo outside her house. He has put the rather obvious pieces together, so next week’s double-bill should be pretty interesting.

Shin Ha Ri is a single woman and works for a company. She has a male friend, who she has had a crush on for a long time, but she learns he has a girlfriend. Shin Ha Ri feels sad and decides to meet her friend Jin Young Seo, who is a daughter of a chaebol family. Jin Young Seo then asks Shin Ha Ri to take her place in a blind date and even offers some money for her time. Shin Ha Ri accepts her friend's offer. She goes out on the blind date as Jin Young Seo, while having the intention to get rejected by her date. When she sees her blind date, Shin Ha Ri is dumbfounded. Her blind date is Kang Tae Mu. He is the CEO of the company where she works. Kang Tae Mu is the CEO of a company that his grandfather founded. One day, his grandfather informed him of an upcoming blind date that he set up for him. Kang Tae Mu is a workaholic and he is annoyed that his grandfather sets up blind dates for him. According to a Korean Media report , the rating of Business Proposal is increasing with every new episode release.
Episode 3 of the popular K-drama starring Ahn Hyo Seop and Kim Se Jeong garnered an 8.1% nationwide rating in South Korea, Allkpop reported from Nielson Korea’s research.
In IMDb , the rating of the show has increased from 8.5 to 8.7.
As Business Proposal episode 3 left viewers with the biggest cliffhanger of the show yet, one can expect the rating to go even higher after the 4th episode release.

Business Proposal episode 4 preview
After a tense ending of episode 3, fans can’t wait to know if Ha Ri’s real identity will be revealed to Tae Mu in episode 4.
In episode 3, Tae Mu has softened up to Ha Ri’s personality. As Ha Ri was dealing with her own broken heart, Tae Mu tried to comfort her and as a return, Ha Ri gifted Tae Mu a little something from the concert.
According to the preview clips of episode 4, Ha Ri will realize Tae Mu is more considerate than it appears.
While Ha Ri juggles between her two identities and a series of ‘fake dates’ with Tae Mu, her best friend would confront the former if she has already fallen for him.
Another clip shows that Tae Mu and Ha Ri will go shopping together and Tae Mu’s heart is all jittery seeing Ha Ri in a stunning white dress.
The couple will also celebrate their ‘fake anniversary’ together.

Kim Se Jeong talks about Business Proposal’s Ha Ri
Kim Se Jeong is a powerhouse of talent who has won the hearts of fans with acting, singing, songwriting, and more.
Speaking of the current SBS and Netflix drama, the 25-year-old Gugudan member talked about what drew her to the unique role of Ha Ri who leads a double life as Ha Ri and Geum Hee.
She explained, “Ha Ri and Geum Hee are not different people. Ultimately, Geum Hee who is played by Ha Ri is just ‘Ha Ri trying to pretend to be a little different.’”
“She acted so she could be seen in Geum Hee’s appearance too. And the two appearances were changed by the different styles. Ha Ri is always positive and she’s the type to try her best. She’s nice because her sincerity is not selective, but on the other hand she’s a little pitiable,” Osen media quoted her saying. (translation by Soompi )
Talking about her acting, Se Jeong teased, “You will be able to see a Sejeong who has become a bit more lovable. As I was in a drama where comic-like things happen, I tried to find the most delicate thing in it.”

Business Proposal Episode 4 is now out on Netflix. The Korean series features Ahn Hyo-seop as Kang Tae-moo, Kim Se-jeong as Shin Ha-ri, Kim Min-kyu as Cha Sung-hoon, Seol In-ah as Jin Young-seo, Lee Deok-hwa as President Kang Da-goo, Song Won-seok as Lee Min-woo. Business Proposal Episode 4 Recap Contains Major Spoilers
In Busine ss Proposal Episode 4, Tae-moo gets a quick look at Ha-ri with a swollen eye when the elevator door opens. But Sung-hoon immediately comes there and says they’re late for the meeting. Once again, Ha-ri’s secret pretending to be Geum-hui isn’t out. Tae-moo and Sung-hoon attend the food testing meeting where Min-woo presents his dishes. Tae-moo tastes his Kimchi pasta and says it should be on their menu. Tae-moo also finds out that Min-woo and Ha-ri are very close friends. But he’s puzzled as Ha-ri is missing from the tasting event.
Later, Ha-ri meets Min-woo at his restaurant, and they talk about the concert. Min-woo is shocked to hear that Ha-ri really went with some guy. He starts doubting her choices and acts a bit insecure. The two are waiting for Young-seo to taste his food. Young-seo is outside the restaurant and sees Tae-moo and Sung-hoon outside Min-woo’s restaurant. She calls Ha-ri to alert her, but she’s away from her phone.
When Tae-moo and Sung-hoon arrive at the restaurant, Min-woo goes to welcome them. The moment Ha-ri sees this, she discreetly escapes out of there. Tae-moo calls Ha-ri to ask her where she is. Tae-moo hears the call ringtone, which was also the song he heard with Geum-hui at the concert. Tae-moo learns that Min-woo and Ha-ri have been friends for 7 years. It reminds him of how Geum-hui loved a close friend for 7 years.
Young-seo tells Ha-ri about Sung-hoon being her neighbour. Young-seo says how Sung-hoon isn’t being friendly to her because of Tae-moo. She starts saying bad things about Kang, but Ha-ri says he’s not that bad. Young-seo starts teasing Ha-ri for taking her fake boyfriend’s side.

Ha-ri’s eye is still swollen, and she goes out with her colleagues to shoot a commercial for their company. Tae-moo’s grandfather pays a surprise visit to the shooting side. Ha-ri freaks out as she doesn’t want him to recognise her. In an attempt to hide her face, she makes President Kang fall badly. He has to go to the doctor’s clinic to get treated.
Business Proposal Episode 4 also showed some adorable moments between Young-seo and Sung-hoon. Young-seo says that if they can’t be friends, they can at least be cordial neighbours. Sung-hoon doesn’t agree. This makes Young-seo angry, and she wonders why he’s acting like Tae-moo is his brother. In another instance, Young-seo interacts with another neighbour from her building. She tries to make Sung-hoon jealous, but he’s unaffected.
Young-seo then goes to the gym near her society. She’s shocked to see Sung-hoon there. At the gym, the neighbour she met earlier helps her workout with one of the gym equipments. Sung-hoon can’t stop drooling over Sung-hoon. In the men’s room, two men ask what’s the time. The neighbour from Young-seo and Sung-hoon’s building looks at the clock on the wall without wearing his specs and tells the time. Sung-hoon wonders why a man who can see clearly has been wearing glasses. Well, it looks like Young-seo is being stalked by this man pretending to be her new friend.
Sung-hoon and Tae-moo have dinner with President Kang. He reminds Tae-moo that Saturday is his first wedding anniversary with Geum-hui. Mr Kang wants Tae-moo to take his girlfriend for an anniversary dinner. Tae-moo has no choice but to do what his grandfather says. Later at night, he meets Geum-hui (Ha-ri) and gives a gift his grandfather gave to her. Tae-moo also gives Geum-hui an ointment to help her swollen eye heal quickly. She gives him the fried chicken from her chicken cafe. They both can’t stop smiling.

Tae-moo takes Geum-hui to try some dresses, as asked by his grandfather. He likes Geum-hui in a white outfit. However, Geum-hui is very uncomfortable as the dress is very tight. But she doesn’t say anything to her fake boyfriend. The duo heads to President Kang’s restaurant for a dinner date. Geum-hui talks about the food dish which we find out is created by Tae-moo. He passionately talks about food with his fake girlfriend.
Tae-moo apologises to Geum-hui for boring her about food talk. Geum-hui says that even she’s fond of anything related to food. Geum-hui’s bag falls, and when she bends down to pick it up, her dress is torn. Immediately, the chef and his staff arrive there with the anniversary cake for the couple. Tae-moo saves the situation by standing closely beside Geum-hui. The duo cut the cake and had a splendid night together.
After dinner, we see Geum-hui wearing Tae-moo’s clothes. The two walk together, watch some fireworks and engage in deep conversation. We can see how Tae-moo is slowly falling in love with Geum-hui. He drops his fake girlfriend outside her house. The two tell each other that they had a good time. Tae-moo finds Geum-hui’s wallet in the car seat on his way home.
Tae-moo returns to give Geum-hui her wallet. But he’s surprised to see chef Min-woo outside her house. Immediately, Ha-ri comes out of the house. Tae-moo is shocked and checks her wallet with has Ha-ri’s identity car. He’s in a big shock as he learns Geum-hui’s real identity.
Business Proposal Episode 4 Recap: Final Thoughts
Ha-ri tries her best to hide her true identity. She even hurt President Kang at the field to hide her face. But the truth has revealed itself in the end. We can’t wait to know what Tae-moo will do now that he has learned Geum-hui’s real identity.
The episode is now streaming on Netflix .

I’m enjoying the series “Business Proposal” but find it hard to believe Tao Moo didn’t put 2 and 2 together to figure out that his pretend girl friends is Shin Hari ? This part didn’t make sense. I can’t wait for Part 5 since now he knows Shin Hari is his pretend girlfriend.
I agree. Ha-ri doesn’t even look majorly unrecognisable as Geum-hui. But their chemistry is adorable.

A leaked draft of Salesforce's business plan focuses on Slack, Tableau, MuleSoft — and admits it's been too slow to integrate acquisitions into its main products

A leaked draft of Salesforce's annual business plan shows the company is focused on better integrating Slack, Tableau, and MuleSoft into its core products as it faces criticism about its acquisition strategy.
Salesforce spent billions on acquiring the companies but, it admits, it hasn't fully merged them into a cohesive strategy, according to the document viewed by Insider. The document is a draft of Salesforce's annual strategic plan called the V2MOM, which stands for Vision, Values, Methods, Obstacles, and Measurements , meant to set priories for the company's fiscal year beginning in February.
When discussing product plans for the year, the document states the company faced "siloed priorities and execution" and "delays in M&A integration" that have failed to "amplify" the company's core customer relationship management product, and hindered it from building a suite of deeply integrated applications using all of that acquired technology.
The company has gained the attention of no fewer than five activist investment firms, including Starboard Value and Elliot Management, who have announced stakes in the company in recent months. And Wall Street analysts have openly speculated that these investors might push for Salesforce to divest itself of some these expensive, splashy acquisitions as it tries to cut costs and improve profits.
The Slack acquisition, for example, was "seen as reactionary in the pandemic" because it doesn't fit into Salesforce other product lines, one former high-level Salesforce employee said. Salesforce bought corporate chat app Slack for $27.7 billion in a deal that closed in July 2021, and has essentially been running it as a stand-alone business ever since.
"Why buy Slack if you're not going to improve it or roll it into the product?" the person said. "The perception in the market is that Salesforce hasn't really been innovating."
Salesforce is using Slack, Tableau, and MuleSoft to help fight off activists
Salesforce appears to want to fix this perception, according to the draft document and recent public moves. CEO Marc Benioff announced that Salesforce has "disbanded" its M&A committee during the company's latest earning call on Wednesday, and the draft business plan begins with an outline on how to "deeply integrate Slack, Tableau, and MuleSoft into Salesforce."
Slack, Tableau, and MuleSoft — and their integration into Salesforce's other key products — feature heavily in a discussion in the plan on how Salesforce will reach its goal of over 30% margins. Starboard Value has publicly said it wants Salesforce to aim for 31.7% adjusted operating margins in the next two years, with a mix of growth and profitability closer to its peers, it said.
The document outlines an ambition to use Slack, with its 34 million users, to "future-proof" the company by deeply integrating Salesforce's core features into Slack. It admits a "tough competitive environment" with Microsoft's Teams and states that Slack will be critical to Salesforce's ability to compete. The upshot is that Salesforce is giving no indication that it is considering selling Slack, but rather, is dedicating resources this year to bind Slack more deeply into its other products.
For instance, Salesforce is planning a major new release of Slack in late March that involves an invoicing feature, according to the document.
The plan also discusses creating more industry-focused products with Slack and Tableau, including new versions of its Customer 360 customer data tool, and specific Slack products for industries such as: Slack for Service in the first quarter, Slack for Sales in the second quarter, and to pilot Slack for Marketing in the third quarter and Slack for Health in the fourth quarter. Salesforce will also internally replace its own chat app called Salesforce Chatter with Slack.
Salesforce, according to the document, envisions a "fully integrated CRM suite" and is planning to announce a new, next-generation cloud and data platform that also more deeply uses data visualization tool Tableau and data integration platform Mulesoft, companies Salesforce acquired for for $15.7 billion in 2019 and $6.5 billion in 2018 , respectively. The document says that the company plans to announce the new data cloud and Salesforce platform at Dreamforce in September. Benioff made several references to a new data cloud during the company's Wednesday's earnings call, as well.
A Salesforce spokesperson declined further comment on its upcoming product plans, but pointed to the company's earnings call in which Benioff called out strong performance for "integral" products MuleSoft and Tableau, saying MuleSoft was included in seven of the company's top 10 deals of the quarter, and Tableau in all 10. Revenues, the company said, for each of those products also grew, with Mulesoft's total fiscal-year revenues clocking in at $623 million, up 33% over last fiscal year's, and Tableau's at $636 million, up 6%.

Verizon is one of the most renowned carriers in its segment. The company offers telecommunication services that include both mobile telephony and internet, and even TV.
However, it seems that many Verizon users are currently unable to activate new mobile devices due to a system-wide issue.

Multiple reports indicate that, for several hours, an outage in the Verizon system is preventing users from activating new phones.
This means that all mobile network/cellular connectivity related options (such as making or receiving calls) will not be available on new devices pending activation until the issue is resolved.
@Verizon the activation outage today is unacceptable. I just got a new phone and would not have attempted to switch had there been an all-customer email alerting us NOT to switch phones until resolved! Now I have two iPhones, neither of which make or receive calls! 😡😡😡 Source
There are users who have spent hours trying to get help from a support agent. However, they can’t help either, as the outage is affecting the Verizon platform at a system level.

Verizon team working on resolving the issue, but still no ETA
Fortunately, the Verizon team is already aware of the outage and working on resolving it. But, there is still no ETA for everything to work normally again.

09:23 am (IST): Verizon support has confirmed that they have resolved the issue where users were not able to activate their devices.

Patriots plan to cut Brian Hoyer
The Patriots are expected to cut Hoyer by the start of the new league year on March 15, according to Adam Caplan of SiriusXM NFL Radio.
Hoyer is heading into the second year of a two-year, $4 million contract and $1.4 million of his salary for this season is guaranteed, but the Patriots have apparently decided it’s time to move on even though he’ll still cost $1.64 million against their salary cap this year.
The 37-year-old Hoyer has spent a total of eight seasons with the Patriots over three separate stints and has also spent time with the Steelers, Cardinals, Browns, Texans, Bears, 49ers and Colts.
Finally the Raiders have their qb for 2023.
Been in the league 14 yrs and did zero. Not a bad way to make $33 Mill in career earnings.

Thank you Brian Hoyer for stepping in with a good game. propelling me to a crucial win during my regular qb’s bye week in the 2014 fantasy football season. IIRC correctly you had a good year overall for the Browns.
Players and coaches say Hoyer is a great teammate and is a valuable scouting asset. Nobody thinks he’s going to lead a team to victory. He’s just a break-glass-in-case-of-emergency guy. If he’s interested, I hope he finds a spot in scouting/coaching.
