Lead Assignment in Oracle Sales Cloud
I have a scenario :
I wanted to make sure, before a Sales rep accepts/owns a lead, Is there a way to ensure that : before he does that, he only sees a limited ( controlled ) fields - such as Lead ID? Can this be done "out of the box" or would Groovy be a solution for this?
