Hi guys I am planning to open a motor parts and accessories shop here in SRP Talisay City Cebu. Your comments and suggestions on below items are highly appreciated: 1. Range on required Capital (will 250k do?) 2. Salary for a mechanic (cebu city rate) 3. what are the initial motor parts and accessories that i need to purchase first..the most important, since i cannot afford to buy everything yet. 4. equipment and machines needed for the business. 4. probable net income per year. Closest possible figure. 5. Is licensed for importing necessary? 6. Can you recommend reliable Suppliers (contact number, person, & email add)? with very affordable yet quality products. Thank you very much for your help guys

If you can have parts on consignment or just buy outright will depend on suppliers; or you can import parts on your own (big incentive). Pwedeng isang tao lang yan o ilan. Type of inventory will also be affected by services offered (ex. if you have a good electrician you can sell HIDs and other electrical accessories, and so on). So my point is the salary depends on skill set, or whatever agreement you will make with them (like bayaran lang sa iyo ang gamit sa tools, kuryente, parts, then sa mekaniko na ang iba, etc.). Kung konti lang ang capital then start with the tools and finding a good mechanic. Stock up basic tune up parts, tires, and other common consumables and start there. Easy to stock up later little by little as the shop grows and see what is needed. Best to only keep inventory you can easily sell and sell fast. Oh, don't forget to have at least one (or two) cuties as your tindera/store clerk/cashier. Believe me it helps on sales. Visit local shops (like the ones in Colon) and have a chat with them. Mahirap kasi dito sa abroad kung sahod lang ang pagkukuhanan ng daily expenses kaya naisipan ko magtayo ng sarili. Ano ano ba ang mga basic requirement for online selling or make own shop.
