आज हम देखें कि हम जब भी घर से निकलते हैं तो मोटर बाइक या कार से निकलते हैं जिसकी वजह से वातावरण में कई हानिकारक गैस पहुंचती हैं और हमारा वातावरण प्रदूषित होता है। आज देश में तेजी से शहरीकरण हो रहा है लेकिन शहरीकरण में लोग सिर्फ अपना हाल का जीवन देखते हैं, वह अपने भविष्य को नहीं देखते। आने वाले भविष्य में मनुष्य को काफी समस्याओं का सामना करना पड़ सकता है। कई वैज्ञानिकों ने अभी से चेतावनी दी है कि कुछ ही सालों में पृथ्वी पर रहना काफी हानिकारक हो सकता है।

आदरणीय महानुभाव, मेरे अध्यापक और मेरे प्यारे दोस्तों, आप सभी को सुबह की नमस्ते। मेरे भाषण का विषय पर्यावरण है। पर्यावरण हमारे आसपास का वो माहौल है जिसमें हम रहते हैं। यह जीवन का स्रोत है। हमारा सारा जीवन पर्यावरण पर निर्भर करता है। यह हमारे जीवन को निर्देशित करता है और हमारे उचित विकास और वृद्धि को निर्धारित करता है। सामाजिक जीवन के अच्छे और बुरे गुण हमारे प्राकृतिक वातावरण की गुणवत्ता पर निर्भर करते हैं।

मनुष्यों की भोजन, पानी, आवास और अन्य वस्तुओं की जरुरत हमारे चारों ओर के पर्यावरण पर निर्भर होती है। पर्यावरण और मनुष्यों, पेड़-पौधों और पशुओं के बीच एक संतुलित प्राकृतिक चक्र मौजूद है। मानव समाज प्राकृतिक वातावरण को गंदा करने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभा रहा है, जिसके बदले में यह भी ग्रह पर जीवन को नकारात्मक रुप से प्रभावित कर रहा है। इस आधुनिक दुनिया में सभी मानवीय कार्य सीधे पूरे पारिस्थितिकी तंत्र को प्रभावित करते हैं।

सभी कार्य इस ग्रह में एक बड़ा बदलाव लाये हैं, जिसका परिणाम पर्यावरणीय समस्याएं हैं। आधुनिक समय में प्रौद्योगिकियों और उद्योगों की बढ़ती हुई मांग प्रकृति को प्रभावित करती है। नयी प्रौद्योगिकियों के बढ़ते हुये अविष्कारों ने लोगों की पर्यावरण के साथ पारस्परिक क्रिया को बदल दिया है, जिसने अधिक जनसंख्या वृद्धि को अनुमति प्रदान की है।

पर्यावरण संबंधी समस्याओं में से कुछ निम्न हैं – दुनिया की आबादी में तेजी से विकास, प्राकृतिक संसाधनों का क्षय होना, जंगलों और झीलों का ह्रास, मिट्टी और प्रवाल भित्तियों का कटाव, भूमिगत पानी का घटना, पीने योग्य पानी में निरंतर कमी, पेड़-पौधों में कमी, अफ्रीका, एशिया, लैटिन अमेरिका और के मध्य-पूर्व में लवणन। कुछ अन्य मुद्दे, जैव विविधता, कुछ महत्वपूर्ण पशु प्रजातियों का तेजी से विलुप्त होना, मत्स्य पालन का पतन, वायु और जल प्रदूषण में वृद्धि, तापमान में वृद्धि, ओजोन परत का पतला होना, नदियों, समुद्रों और जमीन के अंदर के स्रोतों का गंदा (प्रदूषित) होना आदि हैं।

भले ही विज्ञान और प्रौद्योगिकी ने प्रकृति के अनुकूलन की मौलिक शर्तों को बदल दिया हो, लेकिन हमें अभी भी पर्यावरण को धारण करने की जरुरत है। मानव समाज पर्यावरण में निहित है। हमें यह नहीं भूलना चाहिये कि सबसे पहले मनुष्य को पर्यावरण में, जिस पर कि वो पारस्परिक निर्भरता के साथ रह रहे हैं पशुओं, अन्य जानवरों की प्रजातियों के साथ रहने की जगह को साझा करना चाहिये। अपने पर्यावरण और पृथ्वी को बचाना और यहाँ स्वस्थ्य और सुखी जीवन की संभावनाओं को बनाना हमारी जिम्मेदारी है।

मेरे आदरणीय अध्यापक और प्यारे साथियों को सुबह की नमस्ते। जैसे कि हम सभी यहाँ इस उत्सव को मनाने के लिए एकत्र हुये हैं, मैं इस अवसर पर आप सभी के सामने पर्यावरण पर भाषण देना चाहता/चाहती हूँ। जीवन को सुखी और स्वस्थ्य तरीके से चलाने के लिए, हमें एक स्वस्थ्य और प्राकृतिक वातावरण की जरुरत होती है। निरंतर बढ़ती हुई जनसंख्या जंगलों पर प्रतिकूल प्रभाव डालती है। मनुष्य अपनी सुरक्षा के साथ रहने के लिए, घरों के निर्माण के लिए, बड़े पैमाने पर जंगलों को काट रहे हैं हालांकि, वो जंगलो की कमी के कारण होने वाली समस्याओं के बारे में नहीं सोचते।

इसने पृथ्वी पर पूरी तरह से जीवन और पर्यावरण के बीच प्राकृतिक चक्र को बाधित किया है। अत्यधिक जनसंख्या के कारण, वातावरण में बहुत से रासायनिक तत्वों की वृद्धि हुई है जो अंततः अनियमित वर्षा और ग्लोबल वार्मिंग का कारण बनें हैं। हम ग्लोबल वार्मिंग के नकारात्मक प्रभाव को जलवायु और मनुष्य और अन्य जीवित प्रजातियों पर सोच भी नहीं सकते।

शोध के अनुसार यह पाया गया है कि, अतीत में तिब्बत के चिरस्थायी बर्फ के पहाड़ जो पूरी तरह से बर्फ के मोटे आवरण से ढके रहते थे, हालांकि, पिछले कुछ दशकों से बर्फ की वो मोटी परत दिन प्रतिदिन बहुत पतली होती जा रही है। इस तरह की स्थिति बहुत ही खतरनाक और पृथ्वी पर जीवन की समाप्ति का संकेतक है, जिसे संसार के सभी देशों के द्वारा गंभीरता से लेने की आवश्यकता है।

यह भी सत्य हैं कि, जलवायु में परिवर्तन की क्रियाएं बहुत धीरे-धीरे हो रही हैं हालांकि, ये निरंतर चलती प्रक्रिया बहुत खतरनाक है। पर्यावरण में निरंतर परिवर्तनों के कारण मनुष्य और अन्य जीव जन्तुओं की प्रजातियों की भौतिक संरचना में पीढी दर पीढी निरंतर परिवर्तन हो रहा है। मानव जनसंख्या में वृद्धि के कारण कृषि, खेती-बाड़ी और रहने के लिए अतिरिक्त भूमि की आवश्यकता पड़ती है, जो उन्हें अधिक पेड़-पौधे और जंगलों को काटने के लिए मजबूर करता है इसलिए वनों का उन्मूलन भी अपने बुरे प्रभावों को रखता है।

बढ़ता हुआ औद्योगिकीकरण भी वातावरण पर जहरीले रासानिक रिसाव और खतरनाक अपशिष्टों को बड़े पानी के स्रोतों में बहाना जैसे; गंगा, यमुना, और अन्य नदियों के माध्यम से बहुत से अनगिनत खतरनाक प्रभावों को डालता है। यह बदलता (नकारात्मक) हुआ पर्यावरण न केवल कुछ देशों और सरकारों का मुद्दा है, ये पूरी मानव प्रजाति के लिए चिन्ता का विषय है क्योंकि हम सभी पर्यावरण पर पड़ने वाले नकारात्मक प्रभावों का कारण है इसलिए हम सभी को भी अपने इस प्राकृतिक पर्यावरण को, पृथ्वी पर स्वस्थ्य जीवन जीने के लिए सुरक्षित करने की जिम्मेदारी लेनी होगी।

जैसा कि भी हम जानते हैं कि, पर्यावरण दो प्रकार के होते हैं, प्राकृतिक पर्यावरण और निर्मित पर्यावरण। प्राकृतिक पर्यावरण वो होता है जो, हमारे चारों और प्राकृतिक रुप से अस्तित्व में रहता है और जिसके लिए मनुष्य जिम्मेदार होता है जैसे – शहरों आदि को, उसे निर्मित पर्यावरण कहते हैं। ऐसे बहुत से प्राकृतिक और अप्राकृतिक कारक है जो, पूरे प्राकृतिक वातावरण को प्रदूषित करते हैं।

कुछ प्राकृतिक कारक जैसे चक्रवात, बाढ़ आदि वातावरण में गिरावट के कारण है। हालांकि, मानव निर्मित कारक भी जैसे मनुष्य का बाधारहित और निरंतर प्रदूषित करने वाले कार्यों, का प्रयोग भी पर्यावरण को प्रदूषित करने में बहुत महत्वपूर्ण है। पर्यावरण को प्रदूषित करने के पीछे मनुष्य की आत्मकेन्द्रित गतिविधियाँ बहुत अधिक जिम्मेदार है। अन्य पर्यावरणीय खतरे जैसे – जंगलों की अंधा-धुन्ध कटाई, ग्लोबल वार्मिंग, प्रदूषण आदि पर्यावरण ह्रास के कारण है। पृथ्वी के सतही तापमान में निरंतर वृद्धि बहुत से मानव निर्मित गतिविधियों और प्राकृतिक कारकों ने भी पर्यावरण को बहुत बड़े स्तर पर मनुष्य और अन्य सजीव जीवों के स्वस्थ्य और सामान्य जीवन को बहुत प्रभावित किया है।

पिछले कुछ दशकों से हमारे प्राकृतिक पर्यावरण में बहुत बड़े बदलाव आये हैं जिन्होंने बहुत बड़े एक दानव का रुप ले लिया है और जो प्रत्येक मनुष्य और सभी सजीव जीवों को हर एक क्षण प्रभावित करता है। प्रकृति ने सब कुछ इस तरह से निर्मित किया है कि वो प्रकृति के चक्र के साथ संतुलित तरीके से चले हालांकि, बहुत से कारक पर्यावरण ह्रास का कारण बनते हैं। जनसंख्या में वृद्धि और आर्थिक सम्पनता को, अन्य द्वितीयक कारकों को जन्म देने वाला मुख्य कारक माना जाता है।

हमें पारिस्थितिक चक्र की महत्ता को समझना होगा और पर्यावरण पर इसके बुरे प्रभावों को रोकने के लिए और स्वस्थ्य वातावरण को प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए इसे प्राकृतिक रुप से चलाने का सबसे अच्छा प्रयास करना होगा। हमें हमारे चारो ओर की सामान्य जनता को साफ-सफाई करने और वातावरण को हरा-भरा बनाने के लिए इस कहावत को सही साबित करने कि “हमारे पास समाज नहीं होगा यदि हम वातावरण को नष्ट करेंगे” लोगों को प्रोत्साहित करना होगा।

सबसे पहले, यहाँ उपस्थिति महानुभावों, आदरणीय अध्यापकों और मेरे सहपाठियों को मेरी सुबह की नमस्ते। जैसा कि हम सभी यहाँ इस महान उत्सव को मनाने के लिए इकट्ठा हुए हैं, मैं पर्यावरण के बारे में जन-जागरण में पर्यावरण में निरंतर होते ह्रास के बारे में जागरुकता फैलाने के लिए भाषण देना चाहता/चाहती हूँ। हम सभी मिलकर कुछ प्रभावशाली कदमों को उठाकर अपने पर्यावरण को सुरक्षित करने में सफल हो सकते हैं। जैसा कि हम सभी जानते हैं कि, हम पृथ्वी नामक ग्रह पर रहते हैं जो अपने चारों ओर बहुत सी विविधता को धारण किये हुये है और इसी विविध वातावरण को पर्यावरण कहा जाता है, जिसमें कि हम सभी स्वस्थ्य खाते हैं, ताजी सांस लेते हैं, और सुरक्षित रहते हैं।

यदि किसी प्राकृतिक और मानव निर्मित क्रिया से पर्यावरण को हानि पहुँचे तो हमारे जीवन का क्या होगा, हम मानव जीवन और अन्य सजीव जीवों के अस्तित्व के खत्म होने के बारे में सोच भी नहीं सकते हैं। पारिस्थितिक चक्र और प्राकृतिक चक्र बाधित हो गया है, जिसे वापस पहले जैसी स्थिति में लाना बहुत कठिन है। बल्कि, सामान्य तौर पर यह कहा जाता है कि, “रोकथाम इलाज से बेहतर है”, इसलिए हमें अपने प्रयासों को करते हुए थकना नहीं चाहिये और अपने पर्यावरण को सुरक्षित करने के लिए अपने सबसे अच्छे प्रयासों को जारी रखना चाहिये।

Let’s talk about the color green. Green is the color of our forests, of the leaves on trees, of the grass under our feet. What if one day, we wake up and all this green is gone? This is why today, we are talking about the very important idea of ‘Go Green’.

The first thing ‘Go Green’ means is to reduce. Reduce what? Reduce the things we use every day. Think about it. Do you really need a new toy when you have so many already? Or a new dress when your closet is full? When we buy less, we use less of the Earth’s resources. That helps keep the Earth green.

Next, ‘Go Green’ also means to reuse. Have you ever thought about using both sides of a piece of paper before throwing it away? Or using a water bottle more than once? When we reuse things, we create less trash. Less trash means less harm to our beautiful green Earth.

The third part of ‘Go Green’ is to recycle. Sometimes, we can’t reuse things. What do we do then? We recycle! When we recycle, we take old things and make them into new things. This way, we don’t need to take more from the Earth. We just use what we already have.

Today I came across the podium to express my views on Eco-friendly Diwali or Green Diwali . At this moment, I would like to pay my gratitude to my teachers and friends who have provided me with this fantastic opportunity.

We often heard that we should celebrate eco-friendly Diwali, but what does the term eco-friendly Diwali stand for? Well, Eco-friendly Diwali means environment-friendly Diwali or we can say nature-friendly Diwali. Diwali is one of the biggest and most important festivals in India . Every year, it is celebrated with a lot of pomp, enthusiasm, and show. It is a five days festival, and as soon as the Dussehra festival gets over, preparations for Diwali start across the country with fun. The Festival of Diwali has its charm, it is the festival of lights. Festival of lights means awareness of the light within which has the superpower to outshine the darkness. On this day people of India celebrate the homecoming of Lord Shree Ram with Sita and Laxman.

On the occasion of Diwali, people decorate their homes with rangoli and diyas, do pooja, exchange sweets and gifts, wear new dresses and burn crackers. Burning crackers is the main reason behind the pollution. It causes a lot of air pollution in the environment which in turn affects the health of people. So, it is important to increase awareness of celebrating an eco-friendly Diwali. We can celebrate green Diwali in many ways, such as:

• First, we have to reduce the number of crackers, which can decrease the noise and air pollution rate in the environment. As an alternative, people can shift to green crackers which can reduce pollution by 35%, or cut down the crackers. Also, green crackers do not have harmful polluting chemicals in it like arsenic, barium, and lithium.
• Diwali is the festival of light , but instead of using electricity for it we can use Diyas made of clay to light every corner of our house. It represents our culture, and tradition and fills us with positivity. It symbolizes the power of truth over evil.
• For a healthy environment, reducing the usage of plastic is most important. We use plastic items such as flowers to decorate our houses, instead of this we can use flowers or any biodegradable alternatives for decoration.

So, without bursting the firecrackers, and without misusing electricity, eco-friendly Diwali can be celebrated. Most people do not have any idea but the festival steadily is becoming one of the major problems of pollution in the environment. It is happening due to the carelessness of the people all around. Firecrackers do not only contain toxic chemicals like Copper and Cadmium but when there is a change in the weather these chemicals mix with fog in the environment. It converts into smog and creates problems for asthma patients by causing asthma attacks and bronchitis. Many people feel symptoms of allergic rhinitis like runny nose and serve headaches.

It is high time that we people have to recognize and understands the seriousness of this problem. We should build a roadway by which we can introduce a healthy and balanced environment. Firecrackers not only produce air pollution but also creates noise pollution which is more than 65 decibels, so there is no logic in burning firecrackers that creates this much problem. Saving nature is our first duty and I hope that all of us will celebrate eco-friendly Diwali.

It is important to buy Diwali gifts in an environmentally friendly manner. Plants can be given as gifts to family members. Plastic should be avoided and waste-generating items should not be purchased. Biodegradable plates, cups, and glasses should be used while hosting a small Diwali party. For serving drinks, kulhads (mud pots) are the most suitable option, and banana leaf plates and bamboo plates are also good options. Large amounts of waste can accumulate during the festival. Prior to throwing away waste, we should segregate it and dispose of it responsibly.

Diwali is a time for celebration, love, sweetness, and peace. We can take part in the festival of light by not bursting a single cracker. It’s time to celebrate Diwali eco-friendly, not pollution-friendly.

दिवाली के अवसर पर, लोग अपने घरों को रंगोली और दीयों से सजाते हैं, पूजा करते हैं, मिठाइयों और उपहारों का आदान-प्रदान करते हैं, नए कपड़े पहनते हैं और पटाखे जलाते हैं। पटाखा जलाना प्रदूषण का मुख्य कारण है। यह पर्यावरण में बहुत अधिक वायु प्रदूषण का कारण बनता है जो बदले में लोगों के स्वास्थ्य को प्रभावित करता है। इसलिए, पर्यावरण के अनुकूल दिवाली मनाने के बारे में जागरूकता बढ़ाना महत्वपूर्ण है। हरित दिवाली हम कई तरह से मना सकते हैं, जैसे:

• पर्यावरण का संरक्षण करने के लिए हमे मानवीय क्रिया कलापों को सुधारने की जरूरत है जिससे मानव और पर्यावरण के बीच संतुलन बना रहे।
• पर्यावरण को संकट से बचाने के लिए हमें कारख़ानों से निकलने वाली दूषित हवा और कचरा का सही तरीके से निस्तारण करना चाहिए। जिससे हवा, जल और भूमि जैसे प्रदूषण होने से रोक कर हम अपने पर्यावरण को संरक्षित कर सके।
• हमे पर्यावरण को सुरक्षित रखने के लिए वनों की कटाई पर रोक लगनी चाहिए। तथा हमे वृक्षारोपण भी करने चाहिए। जिससे वातावरण में कार्बन डाई ऑक्साइड (CO2) की मात्रा का संतुलन बना रहे।
• इसके लिए हमें लकड़ी, कागज़ के उत्पादों का उपयोग कम करना चाहिए। इसके स्थान पर हमे ई-पेपर या ई-बुक का इस्तेमाल करना चाहिए।
• हमे जीवाश्म ईंधन का उपयोग कम करना चाहिए। जिससे वायु प्रदूषण की समस्या से बचा जा सके। ऐसा करने से हम पर्यावरण का संरक्षण कर सकते है।
• किसानों को कीटनाशक और रासायनिक खाद का उपयोग काम करना चाहिए, जिससे पर्यावरण संरक्षण किया जा सके।

जब से हमारे देश में औद्योगिक क्रांति हुई थी, उसके बाद से हमारे पर्यावरण में कार्बन में भी बड़ी भारी मात्रा में वृद्धि हुई है। वाहनों से निकलने वाले धुंआ और औद्योगिक क्षेत्र से निकलने वाली हानिकारक गैसों की वजह से हमारा वातावरण प्रदूषित होता जा रहा है। इसके लिए सबसे ज्यादा जरूरत है कि हम अधिक से अधिक संख्या में पेड़ लगाएं और हमारे पर्यावरण को बचा सके। जो भी हानिकारक गैस निकलती है, यह हमारे सूर्य की गर्मी को भी रोक लेती है जिसकी वजह से ग्रीन हाउस का प्रभाव पड़ जाता है।

ग्रीन हाउस एक प्राकृतिक घटना है, जो जीवन के लिए बहुत जरूरी है। इस घटना से हमारी पृथ्वी एक दिन गर्मी को खो देगी और संपूर्ण पृथ्वी जम जाएगी। अगर इसी प्रकार से इन हानिकारक गैसों की मात्रा बढ़ती रही तो, विश्व का तापमान है वो बढ़ जाएगा। ध्रुवीय बर्फ की टोपियां पिघलने लगेगी, इसका परिणाम हमारे पर्यावरण के साथ तो बुरा होगा ही होगा और सभी मनुष्यों के लिए बहुत बुरा होगा ।

हमारे भारत के प्रधानमंत्री जी के द्वारा स्वच्छ भारत हरा भारत योजना से कोरोना महामारी के दौरान हमें बहुत मदद मिली थी। इसलिये इस अभियान को चलाने के लिए हमें उनका बहुत आभारी होना चाहिए क्योंकि ग्रीन इंडिया क्लीन इंडिया के अंतर्गत ही हम अपने आप को इस बीमारी से थोड़ा बचा पाए हैं। इस योजना को स्वच्छ भारत अभियान के तहत ही चलाया गया था, इसीलिए इसका नाम स्वच्छ भारत हरा भारत नाम दिया।

इस अभियान के द्वारा लोगों को हमारे पर्यावरण और प्रकृति के प्रति जागरूक करना है।आज लोग हमारे पर्यावरण के प्रति बहुत लापरवाह हो रहे हैं और बिना वजह पेड़ों की कटाई किए जा रहे हैं, सिर्फ अपने स्वार्थ के लिए। इस योजना के तहत उन सभी देश के लोगों को जोड़ना और हमारे पर्यावरण को बचाने के लिए भी लोगों को दिया एक संदेश दिया गया है। इसके अलावा जल प्रदूषण, अपर्याप्त मात्रा में पीने का पानी और स्वच्छता की कमी वनों की कटाई यह सभी इसी योजना के महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दे रहे हैं।

इस योजना में लोगों का योगदान

हमें अपने वातावरण में हो रहे ग्लोबल वार्मिंग को रोकने के लिए अधिक से अधिक संख्या में पेड़ पौधे लगाना शुरू कर देने चाहिए क्योंकि जो पेड़ है वह हवा में फैल रही ग्रीन हाउस गैसों को दूर करने में हम सभी की मदद करते हैं इसीलिए सभी लोगों से यही निवेदन है कि अधिक से अधिक संख्या में पेड़ लगाएं तथा जो हमारे वनों को नुकसान पहुंचा रहे हैं, उनके खिलाफ कुछ सख्त कदम उठाए। शहरों में भी अधिक मात्रा में वृक्ष लगाएं।

इन सबके अलावा हमें अपने आसपास साफ-सफाई का भी बहुत विशेष ध्यान रखना होगा क्योंकि जब साफ-सफाई रहेगी तो हमारे पेड़ पौधों को नुकसान नहीं पहुंचेगा । इसके साथ लोगों को भी नुकसान नहीं पहुंचेगा क्योंकि साफ सफाई के न रहने की वजह से बहुत गंदगी हमारे आस पास हो जाएगी और बहुत सी बीमारियां ,गंदगी और गंदी बदबू का सामना करना पड़ेगा। लोग अधिक संख्या में बीमार होने लगेंगे इसीलिए हमारे पर्यावरण के लिए अधिक मात्रा में वृक्ष लगाने के साथ-साथ घरज़ मोहल्ले, कस्बे आदि सभी जगह में साफ-सफाई का होना भी बहुत जरूरी है।

सरकार द्वारा उठाए गए कुछ महत्वपूर्ण कदम

हमारे देश को स्वच्छ और हरा भरा बनाने में सरकार के साथ-साथ लोगों की बहुत महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका है। हमारी सरकार ने इसके लिए वन क्षेत्रों की सुरक्षा करने के लिए बहुत कठोर नियम बनाए हैं। इसके लिए सरकार को औद्योगिक क्षेत्र से जहरीली गैस पर रोक लगाने की बहुत जरूरत है। इसके साथ फैक्ट्रियों के निकलने वाले जहरीले धुएं और हानिकारक गैस के बचाव के लिए अपशिष्ट संयंत्त्रो स्थापना होनी चाहिए।

प्लास्टिक से बनी हुई चीजों को तोड़ने, गलाने आदि में बहुत साल लग जाते हैं। प्लास्टिक मनुष्य को पचाने के लिए भी नहीं बनाया गया है क्योंकि इसको कार्सिनोजेन भी कहा गया है। इस पदार्थ के द्वारा कैंसर का खतरा हो सकता है। जो ग्लोबल वार्मिंग है, उसको सीधे तौर पर प्लास्टिक और उसके उत्पादन के द्वारा जोड़ा गया है। इसके अलावा ग्रीन हाउस की हानिकारक गैसों के बढ़ते उत्पादन से ग्रीन हाउस प्रभाव को भी तेज कर दिया गया है। इससे हमारे विश्व के तापमान में वृद्धि हुई है। तापमान में वृद्धि होने के कारण पर्यावरण के साथ-साथ हमारे सामाजिक, राजनीतिक,और आर्थिक वातावरण के ऊपर भी बहुत बुरा प्रभाव पड़ सकता है।

हमें अपने पर्यावरण के प्रति तथा देश और समाज के प्रति जागरूक होने की बहुत ज्यादा जरूरत है। इन सब से बचने के लिए हमें अपने आसपास साफ-सफाई का बहुत विशेष ध्यान रखना चाहिए। इसकी शुरुआत हमें अपने घर से ही करनी चाहिए । हमें खुद से अधिक संख्या में पेड़ पौधे लगाकर और घर की साफ सफाई करनी चाहिए, तभी हम दूसरे लोगों को समझा सकते है। क्योंकि जब तक हम अपने घर से शुरुआत नहीं करेंगे तो हम लोगों को भी जागरूक नहीं कर पाएंगे इसीलिए पहले हम खुद बदलेंगे तब हम देश के लोगों को भी बदल पाएंगे।

इसलिए धरती को मां के सामान माना गया इसलिए हम सभी को धरती मां की रक्षा करनी चाहिए। लेकिन, लोग इसकी रक्षा के बजाय धरती के आस्तित्व को नष्ट करने में तुले हुए हैं। जी हां दुर्भाग्यववश, मनुष्य अपने स्वार्थ के चलते और भौतिक सुख भोगने के लिए प्राकृतिक संसाधनों का जमकर दोहन कर रहे हैं, जिससे ग्लोबल वार्मिंग जैसी गंभीर समस्या विकराल रुप धारण कर रही है, और पर्यावरण प्रदूषण लगातार बढ़ रहा है, वहीं इससे न सिर्फ धरती के नष्ट होने का खतरा बढ़ रहा है, बल्कि मानव जीवन का आस्तित्व भी खतरे में पड़ता दिखाई दे रहा है।

राष्ट्रीय ग्रीन इंडिया मिशन क्या है?

राष्ट्रीय ग्रीन इंडिया मिशन जलवायु परिवर्तन की चुनौती से निपटने के लिए भारत के आठ मिशनों में से एक है। इसे फरवरी 2014 में सुरक्षा के लिए लॉन्च किया गया था; अनुकूलन और शमन उपायों के संयोजन से भारत के कम होते वन आवरण को बहाल करना और जलवायु परिवर्तन के खतरे से निपटने के लिए तैयार करना। इस लेख में हमने राष्ट्रीय ग्रीन इंडिया मिशन के उद्देश्य, लक्ष्य और उसके घटकों पर चर्चा की है जो upsc, ssc, state services, nda, cds और railways जैसी प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं की तैयारी कर रहे छात्रों के लिए बहुत ही उपयोगी है।.

इस मिशन के माध्यम भारत अपने घटते वन क्षेत्र का संरक्षण, पुनर्वनीकरण और वन क्षेत्र में वृद्धि करना चाहता है। साथ ही अनुकूलन एवं शमन उपायों के द्वारा जलवायु परिवर्तन का सामना करने के लिए तैयार होना चाहता है।

राष्ट्रीय ग्रीन इंडिया मिशन के उद्देश्य

1. भारत के घटते वन आवरण की रक्षा, पुनर्स्थापन और संवर्द्धन करना।

2. अनुकूलन के संयोजन के साथ-साथ शमन उपायों के माध्यम से जलवायु परिवर्तन का जवाब देना।

3. वन आधारित आजीविका आय में वृद्धि करना।

4. वर्ष 2020 में वार्षिक कार्बन अनुक्रम में 50 से 60 मिलियन टन की वृद्धि करना।

तटीय क्षेत्र प्रबंधन के उद्देश्य और लक्ष्य क्या हैं?

राष्ट्रीय ग्रीन इंडिया मिशन के लक्ष्य

1. वन तथा वृक्ष क्षेत्र को 5 मिलियन हेक्टेयर तक बढ़ाते हुए इतने ही क्षेत्र के वृक्षों तथा वनों की गुणवत्ता में सुधार लाकर 3 मिलियन परिवारों की वन आधारित आजीविका आय में वृद्धि करना है।

2. सभी प्रकार की भूमि जैसे-ग्राम की जमीन, सामुदायिक भूमि, झूम कृषि क्षेत्र, आर्द्रभूमि और निजी खेती वाली जमीन इसके अंतर्गत वनारोपण हेतु अनुमन्य है।

3. इस मिशन के अंतर्गत विभिन्न पारिस्थितिकी सेवाओं जैसे- जैव विविधिता, जल, बायोमास (जैव ईंधन), मैंग्रोव संरक्षण, आर्द्र,भूमि, संकटग्रस्त प्राकृतिक आवास आदि को प्रमुखता दी जाएगी।

4.  यह मिशन विकेंद्रीकृत भागीदारी प्रक्रिया के माध्यम पूरा किया जायेगा जिसमें जमीनी स्तर के संगठनों तथा स्थानीय समुदायों के द्वारा योजना निर्माण, निर्णय प्रक्रिया, कार्यक्रम के क्रियान्वयन तथा इसकी निगरानी का कार्य किया जाएगा।

5. इस मिशन की निगरानी 4 स्तरों पर की जाएगी जिसमें मुख्यतः स्थानीय समुदायों तथा कर्मचारियों द्वारा स्वत: निगरानी, रिमोट (दूरवर्ती) सेंसिंग (समझ) तथा भौगोलिक सूचता तंत्र (जीआईएस) और किसी अन्य तीसरी संस्था से निगरानी करवाना शामिल है।

राष्ट्रीय ग्रीन इंडिया मिशन के घटक

1. " हरियाली" (वृक्षारोपण की तुलना में व्यापक) के लिए समग्र दृष्टिकोण: मिशन की परिकल्पना है कि हरियाली पेड़ों और वृक्षारोपण से परे जाएगी ताकि हरियाली संरक्षण और बहाली दोनों को समाहित कर ले।

2. ' भेद्यता ' और ' संभावित ' हस्तक्षेप के मानदंड: मिशन की परिकल्पना है कि सबसे पहले परियोजना क्षेत्रों / उप परिदृश्यों / उप-जलक्षेत्रों का पता लगाएं ताकि वे क्षेत्र मिशन की सेवाओं द्वारा अपने कार्बन सिंक को बढ़ा सके।

3. कार्यान्वयन के लिए एकीकृत क्रॉस-सेक्टोरल दृष्टिकोण: मिशन एक एकीकृत दृष्टिकोण को बढ़ावा देगा जो जंगलों व गैर-वन सार्वजनिक भूमि के साथ-साथ निजी भूमि के साथ-साथ परियोजना इकाइयों / उप परिदृश्य / उप-जलक्षेत्रों में व्यवहार करता है। आजीविका निर्भरता, उदाहरण के लिए जलाऊ लकड़ी की जरूरत और पशुधन चराई, अंतर-क्षेत्रीय अभिसरण (जैसे, पशुपालन, वन, कृषि, ग्रामीण विकास और ऊर्जा) का उपयोग करके संबोधित किया जा सके।

राष्ट्रीय ग्रीन इंडिया मिशन भारत सरकार की एक अद्भुत पहल है क्योंकि इस मिशन के तहत भारत अपने घटते वन क्षेत्र का संरक्षण, पुनर्वनीकरण और वन क्षेत्र में वृद्धि कर सकेगा जो जलवायु परिवर्तन के वैश्विक खतरे से निपटने में मददगार साबित होगा।

We must stop using plastic in our homes and switch to wood-based materials instead because it is one of the major contributors to environmental degradation. We must also substitute jute or paper bags for plastic ones to lessen plastic's negative effects on the environment.

We can always recycle and reuse items to reduce waste and environmental pollution. For instance, outdated and discarded items can be used as décor and other items in homes and workplaces.

By printing on both sides of the page, using hand dryers in place of paper towels, and using reusable items in place of toilet paper and disposable towels, we can reduce our environmental impact. To maximize the amount of greenery, we also need to grow trees and other plants near our houses.

میری تقریر کا عنوان ہے صاف و شفاف پاکستان! جس کو سوچنے سمجھنے کو مجھے آپ سب کی سمعتیں چند ساعت کے لئے درکار ہیں۔

صدرذی وقار! پاکستان میں ماحولیاتی مسائل میں جنگلات کی کٹائی ، آلودگی ، فضائی آلودگی، آواز کی آلودگی ، آب و ہوا کی تبدیلی ، کیڑے مار دوائیوں کا غلط استعمال ، مٹی کا کٹاؤ، قدرتی آفات اور صحرا شامل ہیں۔ یہ سنگین ماحولیاتی مسائل ہیں جن کا پاکستان کو سامنا ہے ، اور جب سے ملکی معشیت میں وسعت اور آبادی میں اضافہ ہوتا جارہا ہے تو وہ خراب ہوتے جارہے ہیں۔

ان امور سے نمٹنے کے لئے بہت کم کام کیا جارہا ہے، کیونکہ معاشی نمو اور ملک کے اندر دہشت گردی سے نمٹنے کے اہداف ماحولیاتی تحفظ کے اہداف سے بالاتر ہیں۔ اگرچہ غیر سرکاری تنظیموں اور سرکاری محکموں نے ماحولیاتی تباہی کو روکنے کے لئے اقدامات اٹھائے ہیں ، لیکن پاکستان کے ماحولیاتی مسائل اب بھی باقی ہیں۔ جس کے تحت وزیراعظم عمران خان صاحب نے ایک پروگرام “کلین اینڈ گرین پاکستان” کے نام سے شروع کیا ہے جس کا مقصد پاکستان میں شجرکاری کرنا اور عوام الناس میں یہ شعور ڈالنا ہے کہ ہماری بقا کے لئے ان درختوں کا ہونا بہت ضروری ہے۔

محترم سامعین! حکومت نے معاشی نمو اور معاشرتی ترقی کو ماحولیاتی خطرات کے بارے میں تشویش کا اظہار کیا ہے اور ۱۹۹۰ کی دہائی کے آغاز سے ہی پاکستان کی ماحولیاتی تحفظ کونسل جیسے نئے اداروں کے ساتھ ماحولیاتی خدشات کو دور کیا گیا ہے۔ تاہم غیر ملکی قرض دینے والے زیادہ تر ماحولیاتی تحفظ کے فنڈز مہیا کرتے ہیں ، اور حکومت کے ترقیاتی بجٹ کا صرف 0.04 فیصد ہی ماحولیاتی تحفظ پر جاتا ہے۔ اس طرح ماحولیاتی ضوابط کو نافذ کرنے کے لئے حکومت کی قابلیت محدود ہے ، اور نجی صنعتوں میں اکثر بین الاقوامی تجارتی تنظیموں کے قائم کردہ ماحولیاتی معیاروں کو پورا کرنے کے لئے فنڈز کی کمی ہوتی ہے۔ ماحولیاتی مسائل پر قابو پانے کے لئے حکومت پاکستان کلین اینڈ گرین پاکستان کے ساتھ نئی کمپین کا آغاز کرے گی۔

عالمی تپش کے چیلنج کے جواب کے طور پر ، خیبر پختونخوا حکومت ، پاکستان کی حکومت نے ۲۰۱۴ میں ایک ارب درخت سونامی کا آغاز کیا تھا۔ پاکستان کے بلین ٹری سونامی نے بون چیلنج کے عزم کو عبور کرنے کے لئے ۳۵۰۰۰۰ ہیکٹر جنگلات اور انحطاط شدہ زمین کو بحال کیا۔ اس منصوبے کا مقصد درجہ بند جنگلات کے ماحولیاتی نظام کو بہتر بنانا ہے۔ اسی طرح نجی ملکیت میں کچرے اور کھیتوں کی اراضی ہے ، اور اس وجہ سے متعلقہ کمیونٹیز اور اسٹیک ہولڈرز قریبی اشتراک سے کام کرنے پر مجبور ہیں تاکہ اس منصوبے کے فروغ اور توسیع کی خدمات کو بروئے کار لا کر ان کی بامقصد شرکت کو یقینی بنایا جائے۔ صرف ایک سال کے دوران اس “درخت سونامی” کے ایک حصے کے طور پر جنگل کے تباہ حالی کو خراب ہونے میں ناکام بنانے کے لئے تین چوتھائی نئے درختوں کا اضافہ کیا ہے۔ یہ پیش گوئی شیڈول سے قبل اگست ۲۰۱۷ میں مکمل ہوگئی۔

پیارے ساتھیو! کلین گرین پاکستان کے نام سے ایک پہل ۲۰۱۹ میں حکومتِ پاکستان نے کی تھی۔ پہل کا خیال پاکستان کے شہروں کے مابین صفائی ستھرائی اور گرینری کے مابین ایک مقابلہ منعقد کرنا تھا۔ ایک ویب پورٹل لانچ کیا گیا جہاں شہری رجسٹرڈ ہوسکیں اور پوائنٹس حاصل کرنے کے لئے اپنی سرگرمیوں کی اطلاع دے سکیں۔ یہاں شہریوں کو میڈلز سے بھی نوازا جاتا جس سے لوگوں کی حوصلہ افزائی بھی ہوتی ہے اور ایسے ایک بہت بڑے ہدف کی تکمیل بھی مکمن ہوئی۔

ہمیں چاہیے اپنے ملک کو صاف ستھرا اور ہرا بھرا رکھیں اور اس کارِ خیر میں اپنی حکومت کی مدد کریں۔ اس طرح ہم ماحولیاتی مسائل پر بھی قابو پاسکیں گے اور ہمارا ملک اپنی خوبصورتی بھی قائم رکھ سکے گا۔ شکریہ

बहुत से लोग आपने जीवन में देखे होंगे जिसके पास बोलने की अद्भुत क्षमता होती है तथा वे किसी विषय पर एक बार बोलने की शुरुआत करते है तो फिर रूकने का नाम ही नहीं लेते हैं.

अच्छे भाषण की शुरुआत और सम्बोधन (how to give speech in hindi)

भाषण की शुरुआत सम्बोधन के साथ की जाती हैं. नमस्कार Namaskaar के पश्चात हिन्दी में माननीय अतिथि महोदय सभा में उपस्थित सभी सदस्यों का हार्दिक स्वागत एवं अभिनन्दन के साथ की जाती हैं. 

अंग्रेजी में  Welcome the  chief guest other guests and the audience इस वाक्य को speech introduction के रूप में प्रयोग किया जा सकता हैं.

स्कूल के किसी कार्यक्रम में सम्बोधन के दौरान इन पक्तियों को भी कह सकते हैं.

जैसे – परम् आदरणीय अध्यक्ष, हम सभी के चहेते व समाज के लोकप्रिय माननीय मुख्य अतिथि जी, कार्यक्रम को विशिष्टता प्रदान कर रहे विशिष्ट अथिति जी व इस कार्यक्रम के महत्वपूर्ण अंग हमारे दर्शक गण

भाषण के संबोधन के साथ ही वक्ता को भाषण के विषय पर आना चाहिए, सर्वप्रथम आयोजकों द्वारा उक्त विषय पर बोलने के लिए अवसर देने के लिए धन्यवाद ज्ञापित करना अथवा आज मैं इस विषय पर भाषण देने जा रहा हूँ. स्कूल कॉलेज के भाषण के मुख्य भाग की शुरुआत से इस उदहारण से की जा सकती हैं.

आज आपके समक्ष अमुक विषय पर ( topic …..) अपने विचार व्यक्त करने के लिए यहां उपस्थित हुआ हूं

अंग्रेजी में इसे “Before starting the Speech say some couplets two or three lines on the topic of  speech ,in Hindi. Have full confidence and smile on your face when you go to the stage.”

इसके बाद भाषण की शुरुआत कर देनी चाहिए. भाषण की समाप्ति पर आप सब का धन्यवाद करता हूं के साथ ही वक्ता अपने स्थान को ग्रहण करने के लिए चला जाता हैं.

भाषण देते वक्त सावधानियाँ व टिप्स (start a speech in School In hindi)

• भाषण देते हुए मुख्य विचार और लक्ष्य बेहद स्पष्ट होने चाहिए -भाषण देने से पहले दिमाग में तीन बातें स्पष्ट होनी चाहिए. मुख्य विचार, ऑडियश और लक्ष्य. शुरुआत अपने विचार पर फोकस करके की जा सकती है. तय करे कि आपको सुनने वाले कौन होंगे और इसी के अनुसार अपनी स्पीच लिखे. अगर कोई छोटे मंच पर बोलने जा रहे है, तो वाक्य व्यक्तिगत रखे जा सकते हैं.किसी कांफ्रेंस में प्रोफेशनल के बीच है तो तकनीकी भाषा का उपयोग किया जा सकता है. ये ध्यान रखना जरुरी है कि आपका लक्ष्य सभी को पता चल जाए. हो सकता है आप यह भी चाहे कि श्रोता आपकी कही बात को अन्य लोगों तक पहुचाएं.
• साथ काम करते हुए एक दूसरे से बहुत कुछ सीख सकते हैं .- कर्मचारियों से एक दूसरे से सीखना भी विकास का एक जरिया है. शोध बताते है कि जब लोगों को कोई कौशल सीखना होता है तो वे अक्सर अपने सहकर्मियों की मदद लेते हैं. संस्थान में इस तरह से सीखना प्रोत्साहित किया जा सकता हैं. इसके लिए एक औपचारिक कार्यक्रम रखा जा सकता हैं. व फेसिलिलेटर को अपोइन्ट कर शुरुआत की जा सकती हैं. यहाँ लोगों को अपने विचार तजुर्बे और सवाल रखते हुए सुरक्षित करवाना जरुरी हैं. सेशन के दौरान सुनिश्चित करे कि जो भी सीखे, वह असल परिस्थतियों पर आधारित हो. जिससे प्रतिभागी अपने सीखे गये कौशल को तुरंत परख सके.
• एक अच्छा वक्ता बनने के लिए आपका उठना, आपकी चाल और हावभाव भी काफी मायने रखता है. सहज होकर अपने स्थान से मंच तक पहुचे. क्योंकि जब वक्ता का नाम पुकारा जाता है तभी से ही श्रोतागण आपकी ओर अपना ध्यान आकर्षित कर लेते है तथा देखने लगते, इसलिए बनावटी चाल बनाने की बजाय अपने व्यवहारिक ढंग से संबोधन देने की तरफ बढ़े.
• भाषण का संबोधन मुख्य रूप से मंच पर विराजमान अतिथिगण तथा श्रोताओं को ध्यान में रखकर तैयार किया जाता हैं. इसके लिए अतिथिगण, सभा मंडल में विराजमान बन्धुओं, भाइयो बहिनों, विद्यार्थियों, सहपाठियों, सहकर्मियों आदि शब्दों का चयन किया जा सकता हैं.
• भाषण में वक्ता का मैं बना रहना चाहिए. भाषण की शुरुआत में संबोधन के बाद अपने श्रोताओं को विषय से परिचय कराएं जैसे आज मैं नारी सशक्तिकरण के बारे में मेरे विचार आपके समक्ष रख रहा हूँ. इसके पश्चात मूल विषय तथा बिन्दुओं को विस्तार से रखे तथा अंत में आयोजक तथा कार्यक्रम निर्माताओं द्वारा अपनी बात रखने का अवसर देने के लिए धन्यवाद देकर आप अपने भाषण को और अधिक आकर्षक रूप दे सकते हैं.

अच्छा भाषण देने के आसान चरण

1: अपना भाषण तैयार करें .

किसी भी चीज को बोलने के लिए या करने के लिए हमें पहले से ही तैयारी करनी पड़ती है। अगर आप भाषण देना चाहते हैं तो आप कैसा भाषण देना चाहते हैं, आपको उसकी तैयारी पहले ही करनी चाहिए अर्थात आप जिस सब्जेक्ट पर अपनी बात रखना चाहते हैं, आपको उसकी पहले अच्छे से स्टडी करनी चाहिए।

ऐसा करने पर आप उस विषय पर अच्छी तरह से भाषण दे सकेंगे, जो ज्ञान के साथ परिपूर्ण होगा। अपने भाषण को तैयार करने के लिए आपको नोट्स बनाने चाहिए ताकि जब कभी आप मंच पर भाषण दे और आप का ध्यान भटके तो आप नोट्स देख कर के फिर से अपने टॉपिक पर आ जाएं।

2: देखकर भाषण ना दें 

अगर आप अपने भाषण को प्रभावशाली बनाना चाहते हैं और आप यह चाहते हैं कि लोगों की नजरों में आपकी इमेज एक कुशल वक्ता के तौर पर बने, तो आपको कभी भी देखकर भाषण नहीं देना चाहिए, क्योंकि अगर आप देखकर भाषण देते हैं तो लोग आपको नकलची कहते हैं, साथ ही आपका उपहास उड़ाते हैं।

जो लोग देखकर भाषण देते हैं वह सामने बैठे दर्शकों में उत्साह पैदा नहीं कर पाते हैं। इसलिए अगर आप सिर्फ एक नोट ले करके ही जाते हैं जिस पर आपने भाषण से संबंधित महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी लिखी है, तो आपको यह पता रहेगा कि आपको किन टॉपिक पर विशेष तौर पर बोलना है।

3: आईने के सामने प्रैक्टिस करें 

जब आप भाषण दे तो पूरे हाव-भाव के साथ आपको भाषण देना चाहिए। इसके लिए आपको आईने के सामने जाना चाहिए और आईने में देखते हुए अपने हाव-भाव के अनुरूप भाषण देने की प्रैक्टिस करनी चाहिए।

ऐसा करने पर आपका कॉन्फिडेंस लेवल भी बढ़ता है और आपकी घबराहट भी थोड़ी हद तक कम हो जाती है।

4: रिकॉर्डिंग करें और कमी निकालें 

जब आप भाषण देने की प्रैक्टिस करें तब अपने भाषण को अपने स्मार्टफोन के जरिए अवश्य रिकॉर्ड कर ले और खाली समय में उसे बार-बार सुने। ऐसा करने पर भाषण देने के दरमियान जो भी गलतियां आपसे हुई होंगी,

आप उन गलतियों को दूर करने के बारे में प्रयास कर सकते हैं और ऐसा करके आप अपने भाषण को और भी अट्रैक्टिव बना सकते हैं। इस तरीके को अगर आप फॉलो करते हैं तो आप का भाषण तो अट्रैक्टिव बनता ही है, साथ ही आपकी कमियां भी दूर होती है।

5: अपने आप पर विश्वास रखें 

किसी भी काम को करने के पहले अगर आप अपने अंदर यह आत्मविश्वास पैदा कर लेते हैं कि आप उस काम को करके ही दम लेंगे, तो निश्चित ही आपको उस काम में सफलता मिलती है।

इस प्रकार भाषण देने के लिए जब आप मंच पर जाएं, तब पूरे उत्साह और आत्मविश्वास के साथ मंच पर जाएं और भाषण देना चालू करें।

भाषण देने के दरमियान कभी भी अपने मन के अंदर कोई भी डर ना लाएं बल्कि अपनी बात पर अडिग रहें और अपने आप पर पूरा विश्वास रखें क्योंकि कुशल वक्ता वही होता है जो बिना डरे हुए अपनी बात कहता है।

6: दर्शको को हँसने का और सोचने का मौका दो 

जब आप भाषण देना चालू करें, तब आपको अपने भाषण में ऐसी बातों को भी शामिल करना चाहिए ताकि दर्शकों को हंसने का मौका भी मिले। अगर कोई व्यक्ति लगातार एक ही लाइन में भाषण देता है तो ऐसा करने से उसका भाषण निराश हो जाता है और लोग उसके भाषण में इंटरेस्ट नहीं लेते हैं।

इसीलिए अपने भाषण को प्रभावशाली बनाने के लिए आपको अपने भाषण की लय को बीच-बीच में चेंज करते रहना चाहिए। आप अपने भाषण में कुछ दिलचस्प बातें भी जोड़ सकते हैं,

ताकि सामने बैठे हुए दर्शकों को नई बातें जानने का मौका मिले अथवा उन्हें हंसने का मौका मिले। ऐसा करने पर उनका इंटरेस्ट आपके भाषण में बना रहेगा।

7: दर्शको को भाषण के साथ जोड़े

जब आप भाषण दे तो भाषण के बीच में आपको सामने बैठी हुई ऑडियंस से सवाल जवाब भी अवश्य करना है। ऐसा करने पर सामने जो ऑडियंस बैठी हुई है,

उसका आपके भाषण में इंटरेस्ट बढ़ेगा और ऐसा होने पर आपका कॉन्फिडेंस लेवल भी बढ़ेगा। इससे धीरे-धीरे आपके अंदर जो डर है वह भी निकल जाएगा।

भाषण देने के दरमियान आपको अपनी बातों को महसूस करना है और आपको भावनात्मक तरीके से ऑडियंस के सामने अपनी बातों को प्रस्तुत करना है। अगर ऐसा आप करते हैं तो काफी कम समय में आप एक फेमस मोटिवेशनल स्पीकर या फिर वक्ता बन जाएंगे।

8: आंखों से संपर्क रखें 

अगर आप यह चाहते हैं कि आप जो भाषण दे उसकी छाप दर्शकों पर पड़े तो भाषण देने के दरमियान आपको दर्शकों से आई कांटेक्ट बनाने का प्रयास करना है।

आपको भाषण देने के बीच बीच में दर्शकों से उनकी आंखों में आंखें डाल कर के सवाल पूछना है और आपको इफेक्टिव तौर पर अपनी बातों को उन्हें समझाने का प्रयास करना है।

ऐसा अगर आप करते हैं तो आप के भाषण का सामने बैठी हुई ऑडियंस के दिलों दिमाग पर काफी गहरा असर होता है।
