If we wish to enjoy good health, we should take exercise, eat simple food, take rest and have peace of mind. Peace of mind can be gained by praying to God. Such prayers can heal our sickness and console our minds. Television has changed our lifestyle. Everybody goes late to bed. So he cannot get up early in the morning.

Early rising is key to good health. We should get up early in the morning. We should brush our teeth and take bath daily. Meals should be taken at regular times. Overeating is dangerous to health. If we take some fruit daily, it will be better for our health.
Clean clothes, good habits and an unpolluted atmosphere is very essential for our health. Diabetes and high blood pressure are common diseases these days. If we pray to Allah and follow the teachings of the Holy Prophet (PBUH), it will give us peace of mind. A peaceful mind and a relaxed body will never get high blood pressure.
We should avoid tension, fear, anxiety and anger. We should work sincerely and leave the results to Allah. Undisciplined life is dangerous to health. A sound sleep is needed for a sound mind and health. Irregularity in sleeping hours causes sleeplessness. Smoking and too much use of coffee and tea are not good for health.
