1. Executive Summary

Cash Flow Statement – Financial Planning का यह एक महत्वपूर्ण हिस्सा है। यहां आपको जानकारी देनी है कि आपके बिजनेस में कितनी Cash आती है और कितनी Cash बाहर जाती है।

अगर आपके पास Cash Flow Statement नहीं है तो आप आपके बिजनेस में कितनी कैश आएगी और जाएगी इसका अनुमान ( Projection ) दे सकते हैं।

इस वित्तीय मूल्यांकन में खर्च , आय और निवेश के विभिन्न अनुमानित आँकड़े दिए हैं । तालिका 1 में लैपटॉप , कंप्युटर , वेबसाईट इत्यादि पर होने वाला अनुमानित निवेश की रकम दिखाई हैं । रु 1,37,000 अनुमानित पूंजी निवेश रहेगा । इसके अलावा रु 2-3 लाख आकस्मिक खर्च एवं वेंडरों को एडवांस देने के लिए रखने होंगे ।

हर माह के अनुमानित नियत (fixed) खर्च तालिका 2 के अनुसार हो सकते हैं । जिन महीनों में कोई भी ऑर्डर नहीं होगा तब यह खर्च रुपए 42000 रहेगा और जिन माह में ऑर्डर मिलेंगे उन महीनों में अतिरिक्त खर्च रुपए 15000 मिलाकर कुल खर्च रुपए 57000 प्रति माह रह सकता हैं ।

नीचे तालिका में अनुमानित सालाना आय दर्शायी हैं । अलग अलग विवाह बजट के लिए अलग अलग कमिशन के रेट पर कितनी आय होगी यह दर्शाया हैं । सालाना कुल 17 शादीओं का प्रबंधन करके कुल रुपए 31.90 की आय होगी ।

यदि तालिका 2 में दर्शाये गए उच्चतम प्रतिमाह खर्च रुपए 57000 के आधार पर भी कुल सालाना खर्च निकालते हैं तो वह रुपए 6,84,000 निकलता हैं । 17 शादीओं के प्रोजेक्ट से अनुमानित सालाना आय रुपए 31,90,000 में से यह खर्च घटाया जाए तो लाभ 25.06 लाख रुपए होता हैं ।

इसी उच्चतम सालाना खर्च को निकालने हेतु 15 लाख रुपए बजट वाली 3 शादियों की और 20 लाख रुपए बजट वाली केवल एक शादी की दरकार रहेगी ।

इस गणना में यह माना गया हैं की कमिशन के रेट 7.5% से 10% तक रहेंगे । हालाँकि मार्केट रेट 10 से 15 % होता हैं ।

इस का मतलब यह हुआ की निम्नतम कमिशन रेट और उच्चतम प्रति माह खर्च के हिसाब से गणना करने पर भी यह बिजनेस अच्छा मुनाफा दिखा रहा हैं । मतलब यह हुआ की यह मोटा लाभ कमा कर देने वाला बिजनेस हैं ।

Business Plan (Hindi Guide) – बिजनेस प्लान क्या है और बिजनेस प्लान कैसे बनाएं

किसी भी Business को शुरू करने से पहले Planning एक महत्वपूर्ण प्रक्रिया हैं और लिखित Business Plan बनाना इस प्रक्रिया का महत्वपूर्ण हिस्सा हैं| Business Plan एक तरह से आपके बिज़नेस का नक्शा (Map) या Blueprint होता हैं जिसमें आपके बिज़नेस की सामान्य जानकारी, व्यवसाय के लक्ष्य और उन लक्ष्यों को प्राप्त करने का तरीका आदि बातें लिखी होती हैं| बिज़नेस प्लान न केवल आपके Guide के रूप में काम करता हैं बल्कि Bank Loan , Startup Funding or Business Partneship आदि कई महत्वपूर्ण कार्यों के लिए जरूरी होता हैं|

Executive Summary किसी भी Business Plan का पहला भाग होता हैं और इसके अंतर्गत Business Plan से सम्बंधित सभी महत्वपूर्ण बातों को सारांश के रूप में लिखा जाता हैं| Business Naure, Legal Structure, Product or Services, Target Market, Business Model, Management Team, Marketing Plan, Goals, Financial Projection, Fund or Loan Required आदि को संक्षेप में बताया जाता हैं|

बाकि के Business Plan का पूरा सार इस भाग में लिखा होता हैं, इसलिए भाग को सबसे अंत में बनाना बेहतर होता हैं|
