विकसित भारत के संकल्पों को लेकर आज का दिन बहुत महत्वपूर्ण है। मैं सभी राज्यपालों को विशेष रूप से बधाई देना चाहता हूं कि उन्होंने विकसित भारत के निर्माण से जुड़ी इस वर्कशॉप की व्यवस्था की है। आप उन सभी साथियों एक मंच पर को लेकर आए हैं, जिन पर देश की युवा शक्ति को दिशा देने की जिम्मेदारी है। शैक्षणिक संस्थानों की भूमिका व्यक्ति का विकास करना है, और व्यक्ति के विकास के माध्यम से ही राष्ट्र का निर्माण होता है। और आज भारत जिस दौर में है, उसमें व्यक्तित्व निर्माण का अभियान बहुत महत्वपूर्ण हो गया है। मैं आप सभी को वॉयस ऑफ यूथ वर्कशॉप की सफलता के लिए शुभकामनाएं देता हूं।

इतिहास हर देश को एक ऐसा दौर देता है जब वह अपनी विकास यात्रा को कई गुना आगे बढ़ाता है। एक तरह से, यह उस देश का स्वर्णिम युग (अमृतकाल) है। यह भारत के लिए स्वर्णिम युग (अमृतकाल) है। भारत के इतिहास में यह वह दौर है जब देश एक बड़ी छलांग लगाने जा रहा है। हमारे आस-पास ऐसे कई देशों के उदाहरण हैं, जिन्होंने एक निश्चित समय में इसी तरह की छलांग लगाकर खुद को विकसित किया है। इसलिए मैं कहता हूँ; यह भारत के लिए भी सही समय है। हमें इस स्वर्णिम युग के हर पल का फ़ायदा उठाना है; हमें एक पल भी बर्बाद नहीं करना है।

विकसित देशों की लिस्ट में पहले स्थान पर है नॉर्वे दुनिया में कई ऐसे देश हैं, जो विकसित देशों की लिस्ट में आते हैं. इसमें सबसे पहला नाम नॉर्वे का है. इसके बाद अमेरिका, ब्रिटेन, जापान, जर्मनी, कनाडा, फ्रांस, रूस, ऑस्ट्रेलिया, इटली, स्वीडन और स्विटजरलैंड ऐसे देश हैं जो इस लिस्ट में शुमार हैं. दुनिया में सबसे अधिक विकसित लोकतंत्र और न्यायिक देश नॉर्वे को माना जाता है.

प्रतिव्यक्ति आय से श्रेणी का निर्धारण संयुक्त राष्ट्र ने प्रतिव्यक्ति आय के आधार पर देशों को कम आय, निम्न मध्यम आय, उच्च मध्यम आय की श्रेणियों में रखा है. 1. 1,086-4,255 डॉलर की आय होने पर निम्न मध्यम आय वाला देश. 2. 4,256-13,205 डॉलर की आय होने पर उच्च मध्यम आय वाला देश. 3. 13,205 डॉलर से अधिक आय होने पर उच्च आय वाला देश.

प्रति व्यक्ति आय बढ़ाना होगा विकसित देशों की मौजूदा परिभाषा के मुताबिक प्रति व्यक्ति आय 9.5 लाख रुपए से 12 लाख रुपए सालाना होनी चाहिए. अभी के सिनेरियो में अगर भारत को विकसित देशों की कतार में खड़ा होना है तो प्रति व्यक्ति आय में करीब 7-8 गुना बढ़ोतरी करनी होगी. 2021 में चीन की प्रति व्यक्ति आय 12,556 डॉलर, यानी करीब 9.74 लाख रुपए सालाना थी. 2021 में अमेरिका की प्रति व्यक्ति आय 69,287 डॉलर थी, यानी करीब 55.24 लाख रुपए सालाना थी. 2021 में ब्रिटेन की प्रति व्यक्ति आय 47,334 डॉलर, यानी करीब 37.62 लाख रुपए सालाना थी.

भारत को विकसित देश बनने के लिए क्या-क्या करना होगा 1. जीडीपी: किसी भी देश की आर्थिक सेहत कैसी है? इसका पता ग्रॉस डोमेस्टिक प्रोडक्ट यानी जीडीपी से लगाया जाता है. इस समय दुनिया की सबसे बड़ी अर्थव्यवस्था अमेरिका है. भारत को विकसित देश बनने के लिए जीडीपी बढ़ाना होगा.

2. प्रति व्यक्ति आय: विकसित देश होने का एक पैमाना प्रति व्यक्ति आय भी है. इससे पता चलता है कि किसी देश में एक व्यक्ति सालभर में औसतन कितना कमाता है? भारत की प्रति व्यक्ति आय कई विकसित देशों से काफी कम है. भारत को प्रति व्यक्ति आय में बढ़ोत्तरी करनी होगी.

3. इंडस्ट्रियलाइजेशन यानी औद्योगिकीकरण: विकसित देश को मापने का एक पैमाना इंडस्ट्रियलाइजेशन भी है. माना जाता है कि जिस देश में जितना ज्यादा इंडस्ट्रियलाइजेशन होगा, वो उतना विकसित होगा. क्योंकि, इंडस्ट्रियलाइजेशन से न सिर्फ रोजगार बढ़ता है, बल्कि किसी देश का इम्पोर्ट (आयात) घटता है और एक्सपोर्ट (निर्यात) बढ़ता है.

अभी भारत का आयात ज्यादा है और निर्यात कम है. भारत को निर्यात बढ़ना होगा. भारत में इंडस्ट्रियलाइजेशन कम होने से ग्लोबल एक्सपोर्ट में इसकी हिस्सेदारी काफी कम है. वर्ल्ड ट्रेड ऑर्गनाइजेशन के मुताबिक, 2020 में ग्लोबल एक्सपोर्ट में भारत की हिस्सेदारी महज 3.6% थी, जबकि चीन का हिस्सा 34% से ज्यादा था.

4. बुनियादी जरूरतें: कोई देश विकसित तब होता है, जब वहां के लोगों को बुनियादी जरूरतें पूरी हों. वहां के लोगों को बेहतर स्वास्थ्य सुविधा, बेहतर शिक्षा और अच्छा रहन-सहन मिले. इसे आंकने के लिए संयुक्त राष्ट्र ह्यूमन डेवलपमेंट इंडेक्स की रैंकिंग जारी करता है. कोई देश कितना विकसित है, इसे ह्यूमन डेवलपमेंट इंडेक्स से भी मापा जाता है.

इस इंडेक्स में देशों को 0 से 1 के स्केल पर मापा जाता है. जितना ज्यादा स्कोर होता है, वहां अच्छी स्वास्थ्य सुविधा, बेहतर शिक्षा और लोगों का रहन-सहन उतना अच्छा माना जाता है. भारत सरकार अधिक से अधिक लोगों की बुनियादी जरूरतें पूरी करनी होंगी.

सन् 2047 भारत की आजादी के 100 साल पूरे हो जाएंगे। वर्तमान में हम सभी भारत की आजादी के 75 साल पूरे होने की खुशी में भारत की आजादी का अमृत महोत्सव मना रहे हैं। अमृत महोत्सव में विभिन्न कार्यक्रमों का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। और साथ ही 25 साल आगे के भारत को देखने की कोशिश की जाने लगी है लोग अपने-अपने दृष्टिकोण सामने रख रहे हैं।

आज इसी कड़ी में सन् 2047 को लेकर हम अपना दृष्टिकोण व्यक्त करने की कोशिश करेंगे।

भारत एक विकासशील देश है जो लगातार प्रगति के मार्ग पर चल रहा है पिछले कई सालों में भारत ने कृषि, स्वास्थ्य, शिक्षा, विज्ञान व तकनीक, सैन्य बल, मजबूत अर्थव्यवस्था आदि की तरफ कई कदम बढ़ाए है।

भारत को भिन्नताओं का देश भी कहां जाता है यहां पूर्ण रूप से लोकतंत्र स्थापित है हमें अपने देश को लोकतांत्रिक रूप से सफल बनाना होगा अनेकता में एकता स्थापित करनी होगी।

वर्तमान समय में हम सभी कई तरह के मुद्दों से अवगत है जिसमें बेरोजगारी, विकास, जातिगत व लैंगिक भेदभाव आदि ने हमें घेर रखा है।

इसलिए हम सभी को इन आने वाले 25 वर्षों में भारत को एक नई दिशा देने की कोशिश करना चाहिए जहां सभी के लिए रोजगार की व्यवस्था हो, हर जगह विकास के नज़ारे देखने को मिले कोई भी भेद भाव ना हो, भारत की आर्थिक स्थिति भी पहले से कहीं मजबूत हो जहां भारत विकासशील से विकसित देश बन कर दुनिया के अन्य अग्रणी देशों में सबसे आगे हो।

हाल ही में दुनिया भर में अपना कहर दिखा चुके कोरोंना (covid-19) महामारी के समय भी भारत ने दुनिया भर में एक अहम रोल निभाया है। भारत में सबसे सस्ती दवाइयां बनाई जाती है समय की गंभीरता को समझते हुए लगभग दुनिया के हर कोने में भारत द्वारा बनाई गई दवाइयां पहुंचाई गई थी भारत के सस्ते दावा निर्माण के कारण भारत को दुनिया की फार्मेसी कहा जाता है। तकनीक के इस दौर में भारत लगातार तरक्की कर रहा है दुनिया में सबसे ज्यादा इंटरनेट उयोगकर्ताओं की लिस्ट में भारत दूसरे नंबर पर आता है यही कारण है कि भारत वर्तमान समय में डिजिटल इंडिया प्रोग्राम (Digital India program) जैसी योजनाओं के माध्यम से खुद को डिजिटल रूप से मजबूत कर रहा है इसके अलावा आई टी (it) के क्षेत्र में भी लगातार विस्तार कर रहा है जिस से अधिक से अधिक नौकरियां उत्पन्न हो सके। बैंगलुरू को भारत की आई टी राजधानी के रूप में जाना जाता हैं।

The first vow, he said, is for India to become a developed country in the next 25 years.

India’s position

India was classified as a ‘third-world’ country at the time of independence from British rule in 1947.
But over the past seven decades, its GDP has grown from just Rs 2.7 lakh crore to Rs 150 lakh crore.
India is currently far behind both the developed countries, as well as some developing countries .
On that metric, India is one of the biggest economies of the world — even though the US and China remain far ahead.
And on per capita income, India is behind even Bangladesh.
China’s per capita income is 5.5 times that of India, and the UK’s is almost 33 times.
It often shows up in the overall quality of life in different countries.
The health and longevity of citizens,
The quality of education they receive, and
Their standard of life.
For instance, the life expectancy at birth (one of the sub-metrics of HDI) in India has gone from around 40 years in 1947 to around 70 years now.
India has also taken giant strides in education enrolment at all three levels — primary, secondary, and tertiary.
When compared to the developed countries or China , India has a fair distance to cover.
Even though India is the world’s third-largest economy in purchasing power parity (PPP) terms, most Indians are still relatively poor compared to people in other middle-income or rich countries.
Ten percent of Indians , at most, have consumption levels above the commonly used threshold of $10 (PPP) per day expenditures for the global middle class.”
Other metrics, such as the food share of consumption , suggest that even rich households in India would have to see a substantial expansion of their total consumption to reach levels of poor households in rich countries.
India also faces the issue of deep-rooted inequality which has climbed steadily over the last few decades, making room for inclusive growth smaller.
India is also home to the largest number of illiterate people in the world with over 25% of the population still uneducated.
One of the bleakest spots is the Female Labour Force Participation Ratio. It has dropped sharply and steadily in the last decade.
One way to make this assessment is to look at how long other countries took to get there.
For instance, in per capita income terms, Norway was at India’s current level 56 years ago in the year 1966.
China reached that mark in 2007.
Theoretically then, if India were to grow as fast as China did between 2007 and 2022, then, broadly speaking, it will take India another 15 years to be where China is now.
China reached the 0.64 level in 2004, and took another 13 years to reach the 0.75 level — that, incidentally, is the level at which the UK was in 1980.
By 2047 — the centenary of its independence, at least half its citizens could join the ranks of the global middle class .
Better education and health care,
Clean water,
Improved sanitation,
Reliable electricity,
A safe environment,
Affordable housing, and
Enough discretionary income to spend on leisure pursuits.
But it also laid out a precondition for this to happen: “Fulfilling these aspirations requires income well above the extreme poverty line , as well as vastly improved public service delivery .”
The new clarion call given by the Prime Minister will call for all levels of government, both Centre and state, and all sections of the citizenry , irrespective of caste, creed or religion , to work hand in hand.

भारत शिक्षा, शास्त्र और शस्त्र में अग्रणी देश रहा है। भारत में अलबरूनी , मेगस्थनीज आदि जैसे अनेक विदेशी विद्वान शिक्षा प्राप्त करने आते थे।भारत में तक्षशिला और नालंदा जैसे विश्वविद्यालय रहे , जिनमे देश विदेश के विद्यार्थी अध्ययन करने आते थे। भारत ने आर्यभट्ट , वराहमिहिर, रामानुज , चरक , सुश्रुत आदि जैसेविद्वान हुए , जिन्होंने पुरे संसार में भारत का परचम लहराया।

भारत को वेद, पुराण, संस्कृति, भाषा, विज्ञानं, धर्म आदि से धनवान बनाने में महापुरुषों का अतुलनीय योगदान रहा है। भारत देवभूमि है, जो ऋषियों की भूमि रही है। हम सभी को भारत देश पर गर्व है।

भारत एक खूबसूरत देश है जो अपनी अलग संस्कृति और परंपरा के लिये जाना जाता है। ये अपने ऐतिहासिक धरोहरों और स्मारकों के लिये प्रसिद्ध है। यहाँ के नागरिक बेहद विनम्र और प्रकृति से घुले-मिले होते हैं। ब्रिटिश शासन के तहत 1947 से पहले ये एक गुलाम देश था। हालाँकि, हमारे महान स्वतंत्रता सेनानियों के संघर्ष और समर्पण की वजह से 1947 में भारत को अंग्रेजों से आजादी मिली। जब भारत को आजादी मिली तो पंडित जवाहर लाल नेहरु भारत के प्रथम प्रधानमंत्री बने और भारतीय झंडे को फहराया और कहा कि “जब दुनिया सोती है, भारत जीवन और आजादी के लिये जागेगा”।

भारत मेरी मातृभूमि है और मैं इसे बहुत प्यार करता हूँ। भारत के लोग स्वभाव से बहुत ही ईमानदार और भरोसेमंद होते हैं। विभिन्न संस्कृति और परंपरा के लोग बिना किसी परेशानी के एक साथ रहते हैं। मेरे देश की मातृ-भाषा हिन्दी है हांलाकि बिना किसी बंधन के अलग-अलग धर्मों के लोगों के द्वारा यहाँ कई भाषाएँ बोली जाती हैं। भारत एक प्राकृतिक सुंदरता का देश है जहाँ समय-समय पर महान लोग पैदा हुए हैं और महान कार्य किये। भारतीयों का स्वाभाव दिल को छू लेने वाला होता है और दूसरे देशों से आये मेहमानों का वो दिल से स्वागत करते हैं।

भारत में जीवन के भारतीय दर्शन का अनुसरण किया जाता है जो सनातन धर्म कहलाता है और यहाँ विविधता में एकता को बनाए रखने के लिये मुख्य कारण बनता है। भारत एक गणतांत्रिक देश है जहाँ देश की जनता को देश के बारे में फैसले लेने का अधिकार है। यहाँ देखने के लिये प्राचीन समय के बहुत सारे अति सुंदर प्राकृतिक दृश्य, स्थल, स्मारक, ऐतिहासिक धरोहर आदि है जो विश्व के हर कोने के लोगों को अपनी ओर आकर्षित करते हैं। भारत अपने आध्यात्मिक कार्यों, योगा, मार्शल आर्ट आदि के लिये बहुत प्रसिद्ध है। भारत में दूसरे देशों से भक्तों और तीर्थयात्रियों की एक बड़ी भीड़ यहाँ के प्रसिद्ध मंदिरों, स्थलों और ऐतिहासिक धरोहरों की सुंदरता को देखने आती हैं।

निबंध 3 (350 शब्द)

भारत मेरी मातृ-भूमि है जहाँ मैंने जन्म लिया है। मैं भारत से प्यार करता हूँ और इस पर मुझे गर्व है। भारत एक बड़ा लोकतांत्रिक देश है जो जनसंख्या में चीन के बाद दूसरे स्थान पर काबिज़ है। इसका समृद्ध और शानदार इतिहास रहा है। इसे विश्व की पुरानी सभ्यता के देश के रुप में देखा जाता है। ये सीखने की धरती है जहाँ विश्व के हर कोने से विद्यार्थी यहाँ के विश्वविद्यालयों में पढ़ने के लिये आते हैं। कई धर्मों के लोगों के अपने विभिन्न अनोखे और विविध संस्कृति और परंपरा के लिये ये देश प्रसिद्ध है।

प्रकृति में आकर्षित होने की वजह से विदेशों में रहने वाले लोग भी यहाँ की संस्कृति और परंपरा का अनुसरण करते हैं। कई आक्रमणकारी यहाँ आये और यहाँ की शोभा और बहुमूल्य चीजों को चुरा कर ले गये। कुछ ने इसको अपना गुलाम बना लिया जबकि देश के बहुत से महान नेताओं की संघर्ष और बलिदान की वजह से 1947 में हमारी मातृ-भूमि अंग्रेजों की गुलामी से आजाद हुयी।

जिस दिन हमारी मातृभूमि आजाद हुयी उसी दिन से हर वर्ष 15 अगस्त को स्वतंत्रता दिवस के रुप में मनाया जा रहा है। पंडित नेहरु भारत के प्रथम प्रधानमंत्री बने। प्राकृतिक संसाधनों से भरा देश होने के बावजूद भी यहाँ के रहवासी गरीब हैं। रविन्द्रनाथ टैगोर, सर जगदीश चन्द्र बोस, सर सी.वी.रमन, श्री एच.एन भाभा आदि जैसे उत्कृष्ट लोगों की वजह से तकनीक, विज्ञान, और साहित्य के क्षेत्र में ये लगातार बढ़ रहा है।

ये एक शांतिप्रिय देश है जहाँ बिना किसी हस्तक्षेप के अपने त्योहारों को मनाने के साथ ही विभिन्न धर्मों के लोग अपनी संस्कृति और परंपरा का अनुसरण करते हैं। यहाँ पर कई शानदार ऐतिहासिक इमारतें, विरासत, स्मारक और खूबसूरत दृश्य हैं जो हर वर्ष अलग देशों के लोगों के मन को अपनी ओर खिंचता है। भारत में ताजमहल एक महान स्मारक और प्यार का प्रतीक है तथा कश्मीर धरती के स्वर्ग के रुप में है। ये प्रसिद्ध मंदिरों, मस्ज़िदों, चर्चों, गुरुद्वारों, नदियों, घाटियों, कृषि योग्य मैदान, सबसे उँचा पर्वत आदि का देश है।

निबंध 4 (400 शब्द)

भारत मेरा देश है और मुझे भारतीय होने पर गर्व है। ये विश्व का सातवाँ सबसे बड़ा और विश्व में दूसरा सबसे अधिक जनसंख्या वाला देश है। इसे भारत, हिन्दुस्तान और आर्यव्रत के नाम से भी जाना जाता है। ये एक प्रायद्वीप है जो पूरब में बंगाल की खाड़ी, पश्चिम में अरेबियन सागर और दक्षिण में भारतीय महासागर जैसे तीन महासगरों से घिरा हुआ है। भारत का राष्ट्रीय पशु चीता, राष्ट्रीय पक्षी मोर, राष्ट्रीय फूल कमल, और राष्ट्रीय फल आम है। भारतीय झंडे में तीन रंग है, केसरिया का मतलब शुद्धता (सबसे ऊपर), सफेद अर्थात् शांति (बीच का जिसमें अशोक चक्र है) और हरा रंग का अर्थ उर्वरता से है (सबसे नीचे)। अशोक चक्र में बराबर भागों में 24 तीलियाँ हैं। भारत का राष्ट्र गान “जन गण मन”, राष्ट्रीय गीत “वंदे मातरम” और राष्ट्रीय खेल हॉकी है।

भारत एक ऐसा देश है जहाँ लोग अलग-अलग भाषा बोलते हैं और विभिन्न जाति, धर्म, संप्रदाय और संस्कृति के लोग एक साथ रहते हैं। इसी वजह से भारत में “विविधता में एकता” का ये आम कथन प्रसिद्ध है। इसे आध्यात्मिकता, दर्शन, विज्ञान और प्रौद्योगिकीय की भूमि भी कहा जाता है। प्राचीन समय से ही यहाँ विभिन्न धर्मों के लोग जैसे हिन्दू, मुस्लिम, सिक्ख, ईसाई, जैन और यहूदी एक साथ रहते हैं। ये देश अपने कृषि और खेती के लिये प्रसिद्ध है जो प्राचीन समय से ही इसका आधार रही है। ये अपने पैदा किये हुए अनाज और फल इस्तेमाल करता है। ये एक प्रसिद्ध पर्यटन का स्वर्ग है क्योंकि पूरे विश्व के लोगों को अपनी ओर आकर्षित करता है। ये स्मारकों, मकबरो, चर्चों, ऐतिहासिक इमारतों, मंदिर, संग्रहालयों, रमणीय दृश्य, वन्य जीव अभ्यारण्य, वास्तुशिल्प की जगह आदि इसके राजस्व का जरिया हैं।

ये वो जगह है जहाँ ताजमहल, फतेहपुर सीकरी, स्वर्ण मंदिर, कुतुब मीनार, लाल किला, ऊटी, नीलगिरी, कश्मीर, खजुराहों, अजन्ता और एलोरा की गुफाएँ आदि आश्चर्य मौजूद हैं। ये एक महान नदियों, पहाड़ों, घाटियों, झील और महासागरों का देश है। भारत में मुख्य रूप से हिंदी भाषा बोली जाती है। ये एक ऐसा देश है जहाँ 29 राज्य और 7 केन्द्र शासित प्रदेश है। ये मुख्य रुप से कृषि प्रधान देश है जो गन्ना, कपास, जूट, चावल, गेंहूँ, दाल आदि फसलों के उत्पादन के लिये प्रसिद्ध है। ये एक ऐसा देश है जहाँ महान नेता (शिवाजी, गाँधीजी, नेहरु, डॉ अंबेडकर आदि), महान वैज्ञानिकों (डॉ जगदीश चन्द्र बोस, डॉ होमी भाभा, डॉ सी.वी.रमन, डॉ नारालिकर आदि) और महान समाज सुधारकों (टी.एन.सेशन, पदुरंगाशास्त्री अलवले आदि) ने जन्म लिया। ये एक ऐसा देश है जहाँ शांति और एकता के साथ विविधता मौजूद है।
