French Sentence Fill In The Gap    Remove words from French text and sentences for students to fill with the correct answer. Select multiple words you want to remove from the text which will appear in a separate box for students to select.

French Sentences Create Blank Spaces   This worksheet allows teachers to create blank spaces in French texts and sentences for students to fill in with their own answers. Select the word you want to leave blank and that word will appear in brackets at the end of the sentence, for example "J'aime jouer à ____ (sport)". This resource is very versatile as there are no fixed answers.

French Words Scramble   This is a great resource for testing a French learner's vocabulary and spelling. Enter your words and each individual word will be scrambled. Sentences will remain in the same order but students must unscramble the word and provide the correct spelling.

Jumble Up French Sentences   This resource is great for checking a student's knowledge of sentence structure and grammar rules. Write out a sentence and this generator will jumble up the words randomly. You can also choose to keep the French text in sentence case or entirely lower case.

Create French Number Bingo Sheets   Turn practicing French numbers into a fun game with these bingo sheets. Both of these bingo worksheets will also promote listening skills. With this worksheet generator you can choose which numbers will appear.

Do You Know Your French Numbers?

Learning your numbers is the basics in any language. Print off these free worksheets to test how well you can translate numbers and English words to and from French.

Matching Numbers in French (1-10) : Match the 10 numbers together using the English and French words. If you like, you can color in the words after you've completed the worksheet to solidify the answers in your mind.

French Numbers : This one has you circle the correct word that represents the number of objects in each square. Other exercises are included as well, like matching English and French numbers and writing the French number that comes next in the sequence. All the answers are included in the last few pages.

Test How Well You Know French Colors With These Free Worksheets

These worksheets have you either write the color you see in French or color the image with what you translate from French. Either way, you're tested on your translation of the language's colors.

Color-by-Number in French : Coloring is fun and this worksheet uses it to teach you colors by their French name. Color the sky with the proper colors that are shown in the French language. A colored image is available as the key.

The Colors Vocabulary : More of a guide than a worksheet, and therefore best for absolute beginners, this one shows the French word next to the color. You can use it to study your colors.

French Crosswords : Four easy and four medium crossword puzzles can be printed from this one PDF file to test how well you know French words that have to do with transportation. Answers are not included so you'll have to find them all on your own. Similar ones can be downloaded for School and Education , Shopping , and Adjectives . 

French Grammer Sheets : This 17-page file has a handful of sets of questions that test what you know about French grammar , like present tenses and imperfect tenses. It's a bit of a challenge but is a great introduction to French tenses. All the answers are included on the last page.

Gender of Nouns : With this printable worksheet, you must rewrite 20 French nouns with the correct definite article in front of them. This is an intermediate-level worksheet so you'll need a little bit of French knowledge before you tackle it. All the answers are included on the second page.

Prepositions of Location : This entire worksheet is in French so it may be a bit of a challenge. After reading the prepositions about where the monkey is in relation to the boxes, you must answer a handful of questions about them. Can you solve it? You need to create a free user account with this website before you can download the PDF.

French Days of the Week : Draw a line from the English day to the matching French day for all 7 days of the week. This is perfect for the beginner who's just learning their basic French vocabulary.
