Why I Love Pakistan Essay

Why I Love Pakistan Essay: Pakistan is my home as this is my own country. On the map of the world, this country Pakistan came into existence in the year 1947, and to get this free land Muslims have made many sacrifices. This is a history of the world that no other nation or country has achieved their target and such importance as Pakistan gets in a short span of time and a short period of struggle but this struggle needs many sacrifices and the Muslims of the sub-continent never step back even sacrificing their own lives. The question here is why I love Pakistan I did not love my country as this is a Muslim country but because this is the country where we live freely and can perform my prayers to ALLAH almighty without any hesitation or terror. This country has given me an identity as a citizen of the Independent Islamic State of the world. The main purpose of getting Pakistan for the Muslims of the subcontinent, the main purpose is to get a separate identity to feel secure. A country where all Muslims could spend their life according to the teachings of Allah and the Holy Prophet Sunnah. This feels pride me that I open my eyes to a Muslim country where all the rules and regulation of the state is according to Islam.

Why I Love Pakistan Essay / Speech With Quotes

Slavery is a curse if we did not demand our different identity in the shape of Pakistan then we are not as free as we are these days. We are free in our political, social, religious as well as in educational fields. In the country, Pakistan non-Muslims and others are also free to live their life according to their own religion as they are free to enjoy the freedom of worship because this is also according to Islam to give a free hand in the worship of other communities.

In the whole world, the people of Pakistan are known for their bravery and courage. In Pakistan, there are many groups divided according to the cast or area but the best thing is they are all integrated through Islam and its teaching. More of our population are living in villages as they are sincere as well as Frank people they work really hard to produce the crop which we eat. They are really lovers of Islam which is why are always ready to help others when they need them.

Pakistan is also a country which is known for its beauty it has fine resorts and many sightseeing places too. We have many beautiful places in a green valley in the hills which are covered with flowers. We have Swat Valley which is as beautiful and attractive as Switzerland. Our Gilgit valley has beautiful natural scenery and a high mountain covered with snow. The K2 mountain is the second-highest mountain in the whole world.

Every Pakistani heart is filled with true patriotism. This is all about the Why I Love Pakistan Essay / Speech and down we are going to share some quotes from a well-known person too.

Here is an outstanding essay for all the students whether they are in matric, Inter or B.A. This essay can be written for many topics like My country, Why I love Pakistan, Patriotism.

Note that this block is not part of essay. Essay content is written below

  • Patriotism is a noble sentiment
  • It is deep rooted
  • Pakistan is an ideological state
  • Pakistani nation is loving and peaceful nation

“Patriotism is an indispensable weapon in defense of civilization against barbarism”

Patriotism means ones love his country and nation.  A true patriot is always willing to die for the safety and integrity of country.  Patriotism is the noblest quality of mankind.  The man having no love for the country is the man without soul.  A country cannot survive long unless its people are willing to sacrifice their lives for it.

Ask not what your country can do for you.  Ask what you can do for your country

Patriotism is sign of love and respect for one’s country.  There are many examples in our history in which people have sacrificed their lives for their nations.  Their names must be written with the letters of gold in the history.

If we love our country we should always love our countrymen

Patriotism brings love, unity and discipline in a nation.  Man is a social animal.  His life is connected in thousand ways with the people around him.  So he longs for the unity and love with his fellows.  Everyone loves his place and his people except a few traitors.

I only regret that I have only one life to lose for my country

Patriotism is a noble sentiment and a true virtue.  It is a natural fundamental passion of every person to have deep love and respect for his country.

I love Pakistan with my heart and soul.  This love is not merely a show piece.  It is deep rooted as my ancestors got this land in exchange of sweat and blood.  Homeland is not just a piece of land instead it is a hope for my nation.  It is my homeland and motherland as it is the land of my ancestors.  Every inch of this land is scented with sacrifices of my elders.  Their bones are buried in this land.  Pakistan is my past, my present and future.

Pakistan is an ideological state and it is in the name of Islam in the world.  It came in to being after a lot of sacrifices of my forefathers.  Pakistan came into being on 14 august 1947in tireless and selfless leadership of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah.

People of Pakistan are a peaceful nation.  They give priority to peace, love and brotherhood.  Their teachings told them to treat equally.  The feeling of patriotism is important for the freedom of country.  A patriotic person is always ready to sacrifice for the country or nation.  It is said that mother and motherland are superior to heaven.  There are many examples in history in which patriots sacrificed even their lives for the survival and defense of their country.  Like, Captain Kamal Sher Khan Shaheed, Havaldar Lalak Jan Shaheed, Major Shareef Shaheed, Major Raja Aziz Bhatti Shaheed, Major Tufail Muhammad Shaheed.

Our flag doesn’t fly because the wind moves it.. It flies with the last breath of each soldier who died protecting it

Essay Why I Love Pakistan With Outline

“I like to see a man proud of the place in which he lives. I like to see a man live so that his place will be proud of him”. By Abraham Lincoln.

Freedom is a boon and slavery a curse. Had it been undivided India the Muslims could never enjoy the gifts. In Pakistan, we are free to shape our destiny according to our tradition and historical background. Here we are free in our political, social, religious and educational fields. All are equal in the eyes of law. The non-Muslims enjoy complete freedom of worship.

“A man’s country is not a certain area of land, of mountains, rivers, and woods but it is a principle and patriotism is loyalty to that principle.” George William Curtis.

I love Pakistan because I am given the freedom to live life the way I want. It allows me to live as a free citizen, does not impose unnecessary taxes on me and allows me to do whatever I want to do with my property. I love my country for the beautiful sites it has. The northern areas of Pakistan including Swat, Naran, Kaghan, Murree are such beautiful valleys that one would not want to miss an opportunity to visit these places. Being a Pakistani I have the privilege to enjoy my vacations on beautiful hills and that too at a low cost.

We have high mountains with snow-covered peaks here. The K-2 peak is the second highest mountain in the world. Nature is so bountiful that it filled the bowels of the earth in Baluchistan with minerals and natural gas. The Pakistanis are inspired with the spirit of true patriotism and are always eager to every sacrifice for their homeland. Since the making of Pakistan, they are feeling an urge of a new life and are making rapid advances in education and culture.

My Country Essay in English for Class 10, Class 12 – 500+ Words

The name of my country is the “Islamic Republic of Pakistan.” It is very dear to me. It is my homeland and I am proud of being Pakistani. Pakistan came into being on August 14, 1947. It was a united country before it. At that time it was ruled over by the British. The British were foreigners and ruled over this country for about 200 years. It was the age of slavery. The British were very cruel to the Muslims. The Muslims were leading miserable life. Their condition was pitiable. Before that, the Muslims had ruled over this great country for 800 years with great pomp and show. Unfortunately, they were made slaves by the British.

“In Pakistan, lies our deliverance, defence and honour.” – (Muhammad Ali Jinnah)

At last, the Muslims started a movement for their freedom. A number of great Muslim leaders created a wave of religious, social and political awakening in Muslims. Among these great leaders, the names of Tipu Sultan, Sir Syed Ahmad Khan, Syed Ahmad Shaheed, Maulana Nazir Ahmad, Maulana Halim Maulana Shibli, Ali Brothers and Maulana Zafar Ali Khan are worth mentioning. Allama Iqbal tops this list. In his poetry, he gave the Muslims the message of hope. He taught them self-respect and gave them a sense of dignity. He showed them their glorious past and gave them the hope of a bright future.

In his speech at Allahabad in 1930, Allama Iqbal expressed the idea that Muslims of India should have their own independent state. In this way, he was the first Muslim leader to visualize Pakistan.

“The ultimate aim of an ego is not to see something, but is to be something.” – (Allama Muhammad Iqbal)

Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah was a great leader of the Muslims who united the Muslims under his great leadership. As a result of his struggle, Pakistan appeared on the map of the world on August 14, 1947. Hence he was the founder of Pakistan. He was appointed as the first Governor-General of Pakistan. His health went down day by day due to his overwork. He died on September 11, 1948. he lives in our hearts. His motto was “Faith, Unity and Discipline.”

The aim of the establishment of Pakistan was to establish an Islamic Society and Islamic state. Pakistan is in fact, the fort of Islam. It stands for the support of the whole Islamic World. God has blessed Pakistan with rich resources. Now it is our entre duty to make Pakistan a great, strong and prosperous country.

“Men Love their country, not because it is great, but because it is their own.” – (Seneca)

The population of Pakistan is about 150 Million. It has four provinces, Punjab Sindh, Baluchistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhawa. The capital of Pakistan is Islamabad, a beautiful and worth seeing place. Other famous cities of Pakistan are Karachi, Lahore Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta and Hyderabad. The national language of Pakistan is Urdu. Punjabi, Sindhi, Pushto and Baluchi are its provincial or regional languages. Pakistan is basically an agricultural country. Most of its population is illiterate. But now education is spreading day by day. It is making great progress in science, technology and industry. Pakistan army is one of the best armies in the world. The future of Pakistan is very bright by the grace of God. May Pakistan live long!

“There is no power on earth that can undo Pakistan.” – (Muhammad Ali Jinnah)

Why I Love Pakistan Essay

He serves me most who serves his country best
A great city is that which has the greatest men and women
For the moors, for for the moors where the short grass like velvet beneath us should lie! For the moors, for the moors where each high pass Rose sunny against the clear sky.
Culture is the passion for sweetness and light and the passion for making them prevail.

I love my country for its natural resources. Oil, coal, natural gas, marble, precious stones, and many types of minerals are found here. Its rural areas possess immense rural fascination and natural beauty. Its cities sparkle with colorful gala and festivity.

I love my country for its domestic culture, legal code, and jurisprudence. As far as the situation of law and order is concerned, it is stable. People are prosperous and well-off. The policies of the government are always prone to facilitate the masses.

As I love my country, I have devoted all of my time to its prosperity and welfare. I am resolute to publicize the ideology of Pakistan in the circle of my acquaintances and friends. May my efforts result in success!

Pakistan, with all the faults, I love thee still, My country!

Global capacity to generate power from coal, one of the most polluting fossil fuels, grew in 2023, driven by a wave of new plants coming online in China that coincided with a slowing pace of retirements of older plants in the United States and Europe.

The findings came in an annual report by Global Energy Monitor , a nonprofit organization that tracks energy projects around the world.

Coal’s heavy greenhouse gas footprint has prompted calls for it to be rapidly phased out as a source of energy, and all of the world’s countries have broadly agreed to reduce their dependence on coal. But industrializing economies, particularly in Asian countries with inexpensive access to domestic coal reserves, have set longer horizons for their transitions.

China alone accounted for two-thirds of the world’s newly operating coal plants last year. Indonesia, India, Vietnam, Japan, Bangladesh, Pakistan and South Korea also inaugurated new plants, which typically operate for two to three decades.

A New Surge in Power Use Is Threatening U.S. Climate Goals

A boom in data centers and factories is straining electric grids and propping up fossil fuels.

One silver lining is that new coal plants are generally less polluting than older ones, but scientists, climate researchers and activists agree that moving away from not just coal, but all fossil fuels, has to happen as soon as possible to avoid the most dire consequences of global warming.

“Right now, coal’s future is a two-part story: What do we do about currently operating coal plants, and then, how do we make sure the last coal plant that will ever exist is one that’s already built,” said Flora Champenois, one of the authors of the report. “If it weren’t for the China boom, that’s pretty much where we’d already be.”

China, and, to a lesser extent, India, are still planning to build coal plants many years from now. In 2023, new coal plant construction hit an eight-year high in China. If China were to build all the others it has proposed, it would add the equivalent of one-third of its current operating fleet.

Today, China accounts for around 60 percent of the world’s coal use, followed by India and then the United States. India relies most intensively on coal, with 80 percent of its electricity generation derived from it.

The flip side of the growth in coal is a slowdown in plant retirements in Western economies. Fewer were decommissioned in 2023 than in any year for the past decade. Phasing out all operating coal plants by 2040 would require closing an average of about two coal plants per week.

Analysts said the slowdown in 2023 may have been temporary, as the United States, Britain and European Union countries have set various targets to close all their existing coal plants well before 2040. The International Energy Agency’s modeling suggests that, to align with the goal of limiting global warming to 1.5 degrees Celsius over preindustrial levels, rich countries should phase out coal by 2030 and it should be eliminated everywhere else by 2040.

“We had said that 2024 was the year coal would peak,” said Carlos Torres Diaz, a senior vice president at Rystad Energy. “But right now, I would say it’s not clear we’ll hit that. We’re near it, in any case.”

Western countries relied on coal for well over a century, which is why, in no small part, they account for the majority of historical greenhouse gas emissions.

In an attempt to balance financial responsibility for the energy transition, richer countries have pooled tens of billions of dollars in loans to some coal-reliant developing countries like Indonesia, Vietnam and South Africa to help them build out renewable energy so as to transition more quickly away from coal. For now, however, much of that money remains undisbursed as stakeholders iron out disagreements.

For many developing countries, coal has one major advantage: It’s cheap. Its price has also proved less volatile than oil and gas, the other major fossil fuels used in electricity production.

Bangladesh, for instance, had been building up its gas capacity. But fluctuations in price and availability, stemming largely from shocks related to the war in Ukraine, have prompted a rethink and a reinvestment in coal.

The same dynamic is, to some extent, true in China, analysts said. The pandemic’s toll on China’s economy has made its utilities more likely to opt for the cheapest fuel: coal.

China also leads the world in renewable energy expansion. That growth far outpaces coal’s growth, and in some cases is tied to it. China’s government says that much of the coal it uses or plans to use would serve as a fallback for times when renewable production dips and the grid requires more energy.

“While the data isn’t totally clear from China, it is possible that while there may be more coal plants there could also be lower utilization of them,” Mr. Diaz said. “But when it comes to coal, given that China is such an overwhelming part, whatever happens there really defines the global trend.”

An earlier version of this article referred incorrectly to the last time the group found coal capacity to have grown. Coal capacity outside China grew in 2019, not coal capacity everywhere.
