Terrible costumer service and horrible experience. They are definitely scammers. Do not spend your money on these people, they are constantly asking for a reason to cancel the order and they will blackmail you with 25% of payment for the refund, please avoid. I was always careful with the scams but not this time which resorted in loop conversation with them. I'm sorry I didn't see this tread before. P.S. I had specifically requested and paid for my assignment to be completed without the use of AI, and agreed upon a fixed price for this service. However, during the course of the assignment, I was asked to pay additional fees twice, which I declined and I had to argue with them and request a refund as I wanted to take my business elsewhere, but they declined and said that they would complete the project in the same price. They are the worst!!!
